Nice, thanks! Also, few things I noticed (Not that Im pro, I just want to understand in theory and apply to my skiing) First, is he moving vertically too much? Would it be much nicer if he had calm upper body? Other thing, is that, its clear that steepness of the slope is changing, because its more steep, so he has to adjust and go more in front (I know its super scary), its right thing to do? Also, what about building base more to the side, so turn to the side and not push down for the base (if this make sense).

As per my feedback I mentioned that if he had of been aware of how vertical the drop was he maybe would have restricted further the upward movement. The slope is almost vertical in places and as it changes so quickly back to relatively flat after the extreme steep section he can not continue to move forward as this would put him too far forward, as the slope quickly flattens out and we all know what that would do at that point in the run. His body discipline and awareness is second to none and he has a high reputation for having one of the most quiet and stable upper body positions in the ski industry so I am not sure what your are referring to with calm upper body. I think maybe you are not quite aware how steep that slope is. Thanks for watching and sharing your comment.

@@SIAAustria yes, sorry, by calm body I meant up and down movements, Im doing the same, so was wondering if its good or bad or matter of style in offpist skiing. You guys are the best!

@@EdgarSnowSkithe 90mm under foot being not his regular 76mm is going to retard his motion regressing to lower skill to adapt to a gapers ski. Race skis off piste sink in deeper often finding the harder sub layers offering tantalizing compaction satisfaction. Dangerous for a gaper to attempt but skillful operators prefer high performance always. Managing the inertial reference frame, drop off, like a down hill racer retracts over a jump hands press down (secret daddy) delay weight transfer crossing transition.. hanger (White Pass turn). Use immersion braking... smeer turn... hip check to regain local reference frame upon immersion... shoulder roll just for fun!

Special Relativity... Inertial reference frame... free falling objects act under Newtonian mechanics as if in a local reference frame. Compaction satisfaction and immersion subsurface maneuvering create state changing chemistry, sublimation explosions.

How steep does that vertical pitch get? 40 or 45 degrees?
