I remember those happy times very well. I was a high school student. It was great growing up with Yugoslav rock and roll. Times of freedom and prosperity in the best country in the world
how nice from someone english speaking area to listen and react so well to music from our region.. thank you for that.. spread the word xD you can try "divlje jagode - sama si (1984)" and then "atomsko sklonište - johnny".. just for start ;)
Excelent album Čarobnjaci,1983 winter, album come out, totaly surprise in Yugoslav rock scene,no one play riffs like Divlje Jagode in that time...Albums Motori and Čarobnjaci my favorite albums...thanks for your reaction friend...bravo.
Frontmen is Alen Islamovic, he was also the frontman of the group "Bijelo dugme". They sang about Yugoslavias breaking up in one of their songs, three years before it happened.
Mr.Robk if you don't reacted yet, you try with this: Divlje Jagode - Turski marš. It is instrumental and you will see what is the master on guitar. or try some of the Osmi Putnik.
poslao sam mu link na diskord pa ako se odluci i jos nekoliko instrumentala i pjesama od jagoda medju kojima je bila i metalni radnici... ne moze sve stici😀
Divlje Jagode have a whole album made on english language called Wild Strawberries which was targeted for international market. I recommend Angel in White and Shayla...and then listen to originals. Let Na Drugi Svijet and Šejla
