Walking in nature lowers the stress level of cortisol, studies have shown even 10 minutes benefits you. I use these walks regularly to improve my wellbeing as well, nature truly heals. My yorkie Teddy is exactly the same. I have to trick him into coming down into the kitchen to get his harness and lead etc on for a walk. Once he's out he loves his walks. Crazy the things they do 😂 he also acts so much like Roo, especially the 'shouting' at neighbours and birds 😂 so small but so feisty!

Hannah, one of my dogs does the exact same thing, he hides when we are getting ready to go for our walk, something we do everyday that he absolutely loves, but he hates putting the harness on. So strange because he acts like he’s about to go to the vet or something when he knows what we’re doing. Poor little Roo, she is so sweet. Hated seeing her so hesitant about her walk. 😢❤
Love all the cozy Xmas content :) Also I’m not sure if you’re vegan with clothing as well, wanted to note that cashmere is wool from goats just in case you or other vegans here in the comments weren’t aware! It’s super hard to avoid in winter sweaters though if you want something made with natural/sustainable fibers 🥲

Hope you're getting through it together! If I could give one tip by the way that would make your content (in my opinion) even better than it already is: I think it would make it even more personal if you made more 'eyecontact' with the camera! I think you might be looking at yourself next to the camera (which I completely understand and always do in a Teams meeting), but just something to maybe think about :) Anyway, wishing you a lovely Christmas with your family and a happy new year 🎀🎄❤
A tip for your teeth - I drink an awful lot of coffee and it never ever stains my teeth. What you need to do is always have a glass of water with your tea…. Drink the tea and then swill your mouth/teeth with a sip of water. Tea only stains teeth when it sits on your teeth. My teeth have been pearly white for years 😁
You are so right. I'm a tea drinker and my dentist once mentioned that after I drink my cup(s) of tea/coffee, to rinse with warm water, swishing back and fourth for a few seconds.
