Many factors can affect quantum yield- Formation of free radicals, intermediates that act as catalyst, active molecules produced during reaction and heat evolved during reaction can cause high quantum yield where as deactivation of excited molecules, recombination of dissociated fragments, lack of required energy, reversal of primary photochemical reaction causes low quantum energy.
I highly recommended all of you to watch this video
Thanks a million 😊
Mam please make a video 🙏physical chemistry ...polarisation and decomposition potential 🙏🙏🙏💐💐💐
Sorry, but currently this channel is for organic chemistry lectures.
@@dr.jaishreegurnani OK ma'am😊 thank you 🙏
What are cause of high and low quantum yield
Many factors can affect quantum yield-
Formation of free radicals, intermediates that act as catalyst, active molecules produced during reaction and heat evolved during reaction can cause high quantum yield where as deactivation of excited molecules, recombination of dissociated fragments, lack of required energy, reversal of primary photochemical reaction causes low quantum energy.
