I rode this road in September 2019 (still heavy monsoon rains) it was crazy - left Kathmandu at 11am & got into Bidur at 11pm, the roads were VERY muddy & many times I dropped the bike in the mud. The local people are so nice. On a waterfall crossing I wasn't so lucky & broke my ankle. I didnt make it to Tibet. The Himalayan I believe is the perfect bike. I really enjoyed watching this. Safe travels.
Rocking the TN plate! Great Bro 👌 I'm waiting for my new numberplate to turn up, I guess it'll be DL - would've prefered HR. Lucky you got a Himalayan on those roads 4:00 😮
Why doesn’t this channel have a million subscribers already.. happy to see you again in my country. hope next time i can meet you rohit brother. love from trishuli nepal..
Great video! Stumbled across it while searching. Been planning to ride up into Himachal Pradesh in April. But now having seen your video, and since I've been in Nepal "eons" ago, I'm considering that as an option. Rent a RE Himalayan and set course towards Tibet. I didn't even know there was a road into Tibet from the Nepali side. Looking forwards to watch your other episodes. Awesome!
I am so impressed how you filmed this video and how amazing it is you get to ride to Tibet - our dreams of riding a motorcycle in Tibet is far fetched but you have brought it to arms reach - thank you so much - peace :)
you videos always brings a smile on my face...! p.S- you are the only chanel i know through which i can live the moment you are in... love from kolkata.
Great Job bro, I got inspired, from guys like you. watching Vlogs and studying about different places. After a long 4 years wait of go and no go. Just gathered all the energy and made up concrete decision to get bike this year only. Booked my machine, ETA on following April.
Thanks for the new series buddy. You inspire people alot, keep up the good work always... Appreciate it..!! You have also inspired me to document my vlogs and travel which I had thought of doing for so long. Thank you...
What a surprise man, I had commented on your Oct 31 video of it being too short for a 5-day Himalayan adventure. Did not get a hint that you would come up with this amazing visual story in detail and thanks a lot. Eagerly waiting for the next episode.
Thank you. Fair warning - there may be some moments of too much talking during this series. There was just so much to take in and so much to share - emotion, information and experience.
I'm so glad you decided to make a detailed video about this ride. Eagerly waiting for the next videos. You are truly an inspiration. Thank you. Also I received my tft merch today.
I've been meaning to but was busy with a few other things. It's here now and the videos are coming quickly. Hope you loved the merch and watched episode 2 too
Variety is the spice of life. In my opinion, being stuck to one bike, or one form of travel totally defeats the idea of wanting to live free and travel far.
Hi Rohith ! Its interesting to watch your travel videos. Your video from [3:39 to 4:20 min ] reminds me of landslides in East during rainy season especially in Sikkim, Meghalaya and Mizoram. Hill driving rules are strictly followed in Eastern parts of India unlike in this video where Kathmandu people are resorting to directionless driving. Me and my husband are from Indian Air Force and are travel freaks like you,We travel a lot both on a 2 wheeler and a 4 wheeler but restrict ourselves to staying in Defence accomodation due to safety reasons.Didn't venture out camping alone in the woods, though we would love to camp. As on date we covered max 600 kms in a single day on a bike with a pillion. As a matter of fact we just returned last night after completing our to and fro trip from Hyderabad to Chennai in our car with one night halt at Tambaram. After watching this video of your's ,I'm inquisitive to know, as to how you organize such group events and what is the criteria if any bike riders like us would like to join your riding group in future?? My email ID is available on my channel if you choose to share the details with us.I'll be highly obliged. Thank you very much ! Wing Commander Mrs Sanjay Vidhyadharan
Fascinating, well documented, and expertly articulated experience. I felt like I was there! Did you collect a GPS track of your trip? Were there any surprises for which you might have been better prepared had you known about them in advance?
There’s a constant tinny noise on your bike, like something has come off loose. I hope it didn’t cause any problem or was addressed on time. It’s a beautiful video as always ❤️

What a stress buster...
I like those narrow bridges - I'd die trying to cross them as they dont look like to be crossed by a 200kg bike plus rider & luggage. Stay safe

Yup. A screw was loose on the silencer heat shield. Fixed it up subsequently. It was a pretty annoying noise to deal with. Hahaha
Looks great🏍

hi bro fantastic ride......but wt abt the Himalayan's engine reliability?
The only channel with videos having close to 1% dislikes. Congrats brother.

One or two at the most. 4 batteries
