Nowadays im using it 7 to 8. Times a day in each usage 4to 5 pumps inhaled by me my age is 19 plz help me
That's too much. I cured my asthma by two things, i took Apple Cider vinegar daily, plus i used a salt inhaler. I haven't used my steroid inhaler in a very long time now.
You can Google these two things online eg salt inhaler for asthma and acv for asthma.
