Taking the iron fence as reference, i found out that the train arrived the fence by 00:18 and left by 00:32. Train has 22 LHB coaches(counting enginee as coach). Each LHB length 24.7 mts. So distance is 22×24.7 = 543.4mts. Train crossed reference in 14 sec. Hence speed is 543.4/14 * 18/5 = 139.7 Kmph

Btw German trains Actually reach a good top speed (280/ Some 300kph) . But our Highspeed tracks arent well connected to each other. Other european countries (eg. spain, italy and especially france)have way better networks.
