- I made the tastiest crepes with savory filling for my family for dinner and it was so good. It is an easy dinner idea you can even whip up for brunch or lunch.
When I think of crepes, I think of Nutella, strawberries and bananas but I decided to make it savory with a potato and egg filling completed with a homemade sauce which makes it yummier
Making the crepes is a quick and delicate process. I have a no fail recipe in my cookbook linked below. As far as the filing you can add vegetables of choice and season to taste. I used crushed maggi cubes, curry powder and all purpose seasoning
For the sauce;
1/2 cup Mayo
2 Tbsp Ketchup
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp Maple syrup
1 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 Tbsp Chicken powder
1 Tbsp Italian herb seasoning
1/2 Tbsp Black pepper

Wow I just did crêpes (recently savory and sweet) so we are in synched. Beautiful as always. Due my arthritis I can’t whisk like that any more. So, I literally blend it in my magic bullet all my ingredients and the batter comes out beautiful! I love that your cutting skills have improved so much!
