I also love when she said ‘whether that’s good or bad.’ We can make wise choices. Sometimes we get so focused on the unwise ones that we don’t appreciate the ones we make that are right. Recently I got more involved with the church I attend and I love it! It’s more responsibility, but I absolutely love it. And when we settle in good ways, it actually helps us to not settle in bad ways. I don’t have to be dating a girl that isn’t for the lord right now because if I do that I’d probably have to pull away from serving at church. I’ve got personal projects for God that need time- I don’t have time to pollute my soul with entertainment all day and world music. I’ve got to get up earlier to pray, for sure- that would streamline me. I guess I’m saying as you survey your life, find one thing that you’ve settled in that’s good which God led you into. And maybe if we focus on settling into godly things it would protect us from settling into wicked ones. Settle into that new prayer habit and watch temptation be uprooted. Settle into starting that novel and watch idleness be uprooted. Settle into the Word more consistently and watch confusion be dismantled!

Amen, so I've just recently left my job, i don't have any friends, i don't even really spend time with my family...but what i do do, is spend way too much time scrolling on the internet, could that be it too??
For some of us this is a warning that will come soon. Like maybe we don’t see the fruit of settling yet, but if he haven’t made up our mind not to settle, when the time comes we will. I see people all around me settling and getting into relationships they shouldn’t be in- but that didn’t happen when those donkeys came, that happened when they didn’t have their mind made up to find a Godly spouse no matter how long it would take. What convicted me in this is the smaller things. I’ve been struggling to get up and prayer early. I pray, but God wants that time in the morning. For me settling looks like survival mode. I’m always busy for God, but I undervalue rest and it more so leads to me spending hours on things that, after a few minutes of break, God could show me how to do in a few minutes. Literally. We must pay attention. We have to fight to own what God has given us. Time, money, calling. We need to purify those impure motives and really grip what He wants us to have.

This word is straight from God to me lol God knows everything! I need a new place because I’m currently in a college dorm rental and it’s full of fornication, drugs, ungodly music, and darkness I’ve felt an urgency and anxiety to leave but I have no other option unless God answers my prayer and provides me a new place to live…. Idk how I feel about sleeping in my car but if it comes down to it I will just until I can find a place.
Also requesting some prayer saints that Father God will open up the door for me to find a place to live that is good for me so I can get back on track!

He gave me a dream today I was in a bar and seen people drunk , unhappy. Some guy comes up tells me he is sick with tumors and hands me money and says this is for you getting married and I said I'm not getting married and he wanted me to keep it anyway. I was thinking in my mind when I was there, I Don't belong here anymore. I felt at such peace. But hearing this it takes in a little different meaning. A person I'm around the most is an ex and it was a twisted mess. He's not saved. But I'm used to him and comfortable to a degree with him. Rest people around me is another story unsaved people mostly and Christian's in my life are gaslighting me playing games with the unsaved people 😳 so I stopped going. I was feeling pretty good till I heard this. I guess this means I should not be around people that are not trying to live for the Lord. I've been in confusion and you had a video saying you will have peace where you lay your head. I'm going through fire now. 😳😳😳 Confused. I think ya said there is grace for this? I'll listen again. He's been giving lots of dreams. Kinda on my on with stuff Lord have mercy on me. 😢
Prayer and fasting diligently I think is the BEST way to hear God clearly. He is not the author of confusion. You might need to shut some other voices, habits, & interactions off completely while you do this. What He reveals to you may not be pretty at first, but just know it’s because He loves you deeply and prefers mercy. HE really is the best father ❤️also pray through that dream for insight from the Holy Spirit!! Definitely a message there! may God bless you and keep you !!

Paul warns and pleads to mark those and walk away from those who follow not after Doctrine (teaching) of our Lord Jesus. Hebrews 5:13-14

People settle when their faith fails. Israel settled because they could not believe strong enough to continue in obedience to the Lord. We settle when we no longer have the vision to continue with the Lord in a way that is acceptable. When we have done all that we can do to stand, stand therefore. The worst thing that we can do is to try to continue beyond the limits of our faith. This leads to things like legalism. The display of our Righteousness which is considered like dirty rags to the Lord.

The Lord gives us all free will. He loves us all so much that he gives us a chance to repent and right our wrongs. He is such a gracious and merciful God . He is no respecter of persons. He says, “Come unto me all who are heavy laden and I will give you rest. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” -Matthew 11;28-30
