Golem Sets : 1. Resistence 2. Reflex and Life 3. Defence and Tauting 4. Offense and Critical 5. Retaliation and Cursed
Knight Sets : 1. Immunity and Shield 2. Crit Damage and Savage 3. Frenzy and Stun 4. Regeneration and Fury 5. Curing
Also antother problem with relentless set is that if your champ has built in Extra turn in his kit , it wont proc it's effect .

As a few people have pointed out, Lore of Steel DOES work with the enhanced basic sets. I don't know if always did, but the description was mis-worded, or if it was changed. But the new description is that it enhances set bonuses to BASIC STATS, not bonuses from basic sets, and that is currently correct.

Thanks Ash love your explanation of the gear, I had my lead champion misfiring but thanks to you I was able sell some junk & reconfigure her now got 3 sets of 2 and she’s more consistent of dropping the opposition. I don’t spend the big bucks but do believe in supporting the talented developers, hey you rent a movie so that’s what I’m only prepared to spend each month. Good luck with your channel looking more polished, your a natural enthusiastic speaker, make a career out of it.

Ash I had Freeze on my Duchess. When she did her A2 and A3 she was doing Veil or Perfect Veil so she is the only one being targeted. Worked pretty well in Arena. I now have her in Stalwart along with 4 of my 5 team for UNM CB.

Especially since I don't have good Turn Manipulators or other-worldly Stun-champs (and only have 1 piece of the Stun-set) to use on the AoE champs

Thank u I've wasted so much silver switching up artifacts trying to find the right fit for champions I switch so much I accidentally sold an epic artifact upgraded to max. Now I know what artifacts I should be focusing on

Hey Ash please put a video on where its ideal to farm certain gears at certain points in the game, for example if i'm lacking speed gear, should i farm campaign to get it started or do i farm dragon anyway and hope i get lucky?

all debuffs = accuracy... what does crit even have to do with it?
My guess is the confusion comes from something like Maneater's decrease attack, where it only activates if the hit is critical. In that case, @JeremyWhite, there are two things the game checks: first it checks whether the hit is critical, then it checks your accuracy vs the enemy's resistance. In any case, you always need accuracy for any debuff or turn meter reduction unless the skill states that the debuff cannot be resisted.

Ash, divine sets DO work with lore of steel. Lore of Steel will boost any artifact set which boosts a basic STAT (not basic SET). ATK, SPEED, and HP are all basic STATS, so the divine sets work. I have tested this out with my own gear, so this is not just speculation.
Yeah true....but few months ago it wasn't the case, It has been changed later.
Yeah can confirm it does now work.
But it doesn't work with speed anymore, at least that is the way I take it. It specifically says it only works with sets that boost by 15%, speed sets boost 12%. This is a bummer.
Lore of Steel also impacts Immortal and Cruel, right? I thought I noticed this when gearing some champs but wasn't sure.

With the recent upgrades to certain sets. Im curious Ash, If I were to take someone like Doompriest (or Drakes) and put her in a curing set + immortal set and have someone on my CB team that apples leech how how she would heal per turn.
I did not know Lore of steel did not work with the Divine Speed set. Glad I watched this video. Time to put my Apothecary back in a base speed set.
thank you for video, Ash. very good explanation of Immunity set. I got it wrong from the beginning. then found proper explanation on Plarium forums, where people cursed it. and from your video I found, that's its viable for end game arena. i will not trash my 5* Immunity items now, but keep them for later.
Im not sure if u said it..... but does stalwart and immunity work for your whole team if one champ is wearing it, or is that only with shield artifact?

Does Frenzy work with champs that damage themselves? Also i use toxic on my Bad-el for his passive. Is that not as beneficial as i think?
Hey is it true that crowd Control sets Does NOT need accuary ? For example stun set will work with 18% chance even without acc? I got one on my low acc Ghostborn and looks like. Please let me know if I am right . Cheers !

I use frost set on skullcrusher, works great for crowd control in the arena.
Try it on rock breaker or jizho...the provoke freeze combo is nasty
what about the sets in the forge - are thery any good, how can they be used
I think the Perception set: (2) - ACC +40. SPD +5% is very good.

Would have been good to talk about the value added with using Lore of Steel mastery.. which would help boost those basic two piece sets
I wish I had watched this sooner. I’m 3x your age but use your channel like a mentor. I appreciate all you put out and I take a lot of notes. Please though, when you show masteries, leave them on screen longer. I taylor mine after yours so I always use your first line and last line. Probably 85% on the rest of mastery. Thank you Ash.

any thoughts of using fury set on unkillable man-eater comp? you're hp is literally at like 5% for 35/50 turns
I like having full sets on my champions so I think it would be a great change to the game if all sets were 2 piece sets and the stats of the sets were modified to make them balanced at a 2 piece set. That way you could have a champion with some of the more niece sets like destroy without having to sacrifice them also having a CR and a SPD set
On sleep set: my Seducer with counter-attack buff: "nighty-night", my apothecary: "wakey-wakey!".
Tell us about those 2 super OP sets that only plat arena gets!
