There is something about a grown man cuddling a Pooh toy that just makes me go "aww!"XD
So pleased they brought back Richard Sherman for the music and songs, they are so in keeping with the original and the character of Winnie the Pooh. He so often sings to himself. The effort and attention to detail is so clear in the making of this film. So want to see this film in the cinema.
Having him making a cameo in the movie is great.
Damn it will be so hard for a grown up not to cry during this movie.
You were right. I cried the entire movie.
I'd like to take my teddy with me to the movies. But I'll better wait for the DVD to look at home with him!
I’m glad they used actual dolls during the film
I thought it would CGI post production only.
This is actually great.
wariolandgoldpiramid indeed
I'm pretty sure what you'll see in the actual movie will be entirely CG, just my guess, and that the puppets are just stand ins to be digitally replaced. Still looks like a good movie though!
Dude!!! The puppets would surely be used when the characters don’t move or when they get carried
I would think so, as that would be the logical thing to do, but in the trailers some of the behind shots and carrying shots look entirely CG as well. I just suspect they've CGed over everything, maybe not including a shot here and there from the back where it's someone turning their head slowly, lifting an arm etc. Eeyore being lifted up and placed under Christopher's arm in the trailer looks entirely CG, despite an animatronic puppet possibly looking just as good.
Seeing Richard Sherman still at work makes me so unbelievably happy. :')
Zora Catone it really is a small world after all
Richard Sherman created new songs for this movie? That's awesome.
It's also great to see Jim Cummings recording audio for the movie. He is Pooh and will always be Pooh to me.
I don't mind. It would feel out of place in a live-action version.
Jim Cummings is one of the greats with cartoon voice acting. I heard he’s voiced close to 400 different cartoon characters. Most notable for Pete (since Goof Troop), Pooh and Tigger. It’s a bummer they couldn’t get Peter Cullen to recast for Eeyore but I think he retired from all voice acting besides Optimus Prime.
timrob12 and tigger too
Yes, but I like his Pooh voice more.
He's clearly imitating the late Sterling Holloway, who started voicing Pooh 50 years ago. ua-cam.com/video/Pm1qzfbRAPw/v-deo.html
I grew up watching Winnie the Pooh and know I get to share something I enjoyed as a kid with my daughter so can't wait to see this movie with her
Aw, that's lovely, really hope you have a wonderful time watching it together, Izzy! :-)
True...
I also grew up with winnie the pooh...and watching this makes me recall my younger self...
😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
Ughhhh the Christopher Robin song makes me bawl 😭😭😭
I can't wait for this movie. I grew up with Pooh and watched it when I was little. I'm 18 and I'm happy to see this movie.
OMG! I can't, Pooh and friends are just too cute!!!
I'm in the middle of media studies at college at the moment, and seeing things like this is just so fantastic for me... a movie coming togerher and the amount of people that take part - truly remarkable! And the idea that in the end it all comes down to a camera, whether professional or not... it's inspiring to say the least...
Can't believe Ewean and Mark Gattis are in this can't wait!! 😁😁
Richard Sherman, where have you been? I've missed you so much!!!! You and your brother and Buddy Baker and George Bruns...
Glenn_o'Schner Richard Sherman! I didn't know he was still alive!
My favorite childhood movie of all times! I can’t wait to see this new one with my family! 🐻❤️❤️❤️🐻 Jim Cummings’ best returning role of Pooh & Tigger, new songs of Richard Sherman, new places and everything!
Love the beginning it reminds me of.......my childhood
Richard Sherman yesssss!! Jim Cummings yasssss!! It wouldn't be a Winnie the pooh project without them!! R. I. P. Robert Sherman!! I've got my tissue ready for this one!! 🤧🤧🤧🤧
This is Sherman's first Pooh project since The Tigger Movie
0:44 omg I actually teared up at the second song. My heart can’t take it 😭
That song that Pooh sings to try to get Christopher to stay sounds like it’s gonna end up tragic as heck :’(
I’m so excited for this movie!!!
Me too, William! :-)
6:12
Can we not?
No, I cannot knot
Not knot?
Who's there?
Pooh?!
Pooh who?
Eeyore Piglet lol
How classy the actors , and even the extras look in comparison with all the movie makers dressed in their modern clothes, they all look so shabby !! I wish people would dress like this again ! :(
Mood
5:05 Great, now I’m getting flashbacks of the train station sequence from The Elephant Man.
Flicks And The City, can I just say, I am impressed with the fact that you've given us an early look behind the scenes with no heavy spoilers given away. I am so excited to see that movie, cause even though I'm not a fan of the cartoons, I still like the characters and the concept, and this film seriously looks a lot better than the cartoons, that's why I am excited. Great job again, Flicks And The City! :-)
The song in the very beginning is so funny LOL
Busy doing nothing.
Knowing that he had to write these songs without his brother Robert is very sad
Same thing when he wrote the new verse for "I Wanna Be Like You" in the Jungle book remake.
Can't wait to watch this movie. Love watching behind the senses of the film
I’m really excited for this movie!
Can't wait to see it either! :-)
Makes me happy to see how much of this was practical.
I love winnie the pooh so much I rewatch the movies & shows a lot I can't wait to see this
And this is why I'm getting a degree in film.
Fabulous production team!I am so pleased to work on this fantastic film as support artist! Can't wait to see it !
Me too Juan. It was a great experience.
Pauline Mc Gonagle Great!
I want that Pooh Bear so badly I want to cry!
Superb work! I'm so pleased with the respect this team has given to the characters and their history. Can't wait to see it tonight!
So cuteee
Just watched this. This movie was amazing!
Thank you Richard M Sherman! You really are the composer of my childhood. Others have Alan Menken, I have Richard and the late Robert Sherman
It isn't a Pooh film without a Sherman Brother. I might consider seeing this one.
SurfingisMyThing It's So Cool THE HECK?!
SurfingisMyThing It's So Cool it will have the song
SurfingisMyThing It's So Cool according to Richard Sherman the song will be in the movie in some form we'll just have to see what happens
Do you know that this is his first time in a Pooh movie since The Tigger Movie?
This gave me goosebumps
This is so pure.
I can't wait to see it!
It’s cool in this behind the scenes the actors are actually looking at the characters that will be in the actual scenes instead of nothing. I remember watching behind the scenes of the Scooby-Doo film from 2002 and they only used tape as to where the actors will look at for the CGI characters.
Jim Cummings the best voice actor!
Nice to see they actually made them!,
This movie will be a dig of my early childhood as a 2-5 year old
Disney needs to do a live action prequel based off the animated classic The Many Adventures of Winnie The Pooh. So we can see more of Christopher Robin's childhood before he went to school and becoming an adult. Just like Disney did with Monsters University before Mike and Sullivan became best friends and before they worked at Monsters, Inc as employees.
I want those toys
I have a winnie the pooh doll but it's just the regular winnie the pooh which would the cartoon winnie the pooh
7:22 a bless
I can't wait to get it on dvd! I am so glad that they brought back the original song writers for this movie. Do you think that they will sell the dolls from this version? I have collectables from other Pooh movies. Even the collectable fancy plates, hopefully they do start selling versions of these dolls.
ほんっと観たい!
No one can write em' like that except Richard
Yay I'm the first to Like and comment 😊. BTW, that guy is good at Winnie the pooh voice.
:-)
And don’t forget, he also played Tigger.
They should had made pooh and his friends animatronic, the interaction would be great especially to see them moving on their own
thats what i want to see, the new richard sherman songs
R
$$
I love how they used puppets
wow theres going to be songs in the movie owowowow
also toast of london finally nailed a movie role it seems 5:55
Brutalearll who would that be 🤔
great song piglet, likes piglet
I got acquainted with Vinnie again, in the nineties. In childhood. I'm on it just then messed up. I had some kind of mania on him.
I Love you
Richard Sherman😍😍
Totally unfair that Jim Cummings was the only main voice actor to return.
I love the Doing Nothing song. why weren't there any songs in the movie?
At 9:04, does anybody know where that location is?
I like the little girl in the movie :"Christopher Robin "
Maddie.
They have actually dolls..... damn
how do the characters even move you know pooh and the others
Awwpooo
Hi first one here
:-)
Tick Tok I Like Your Video ?
PFFF WHAT THERE REAL LIFE MODELS!?!??!?
Description is great but give the songwriter/composer a name-check please!
ML63 for camera car..
Richard Sherman looks a lot like Mel Brooks
Why do I not feel guilty about being spoiled so much?
I dont remember those songs in the movie
tum de tum tiddle tum
First
:-)
first
Pooh is such a wooden actor I wouldn't be surprised if they replace him with CGI.
RM apCynan that may be - but actors usually act to nothing or a tennis ball on a pole - at least this way they are looking at the character that will be in the scene with them - who wouldn’t want to act with this Pooh rather than a tennis ball 🤗😁
E J me
Gross.
Yes you are gross, I completely agree
