I got to see this awesome show in 1992 on Broadway with my sister. The story and emotions along with the characters will always stay timeless. The best movie version I think is from 1993 and of course we have the wonderful book The Secret Garden....
You can find them all if you go to the NYC library. They record all Broadway productions iirc. They just don't release them publicly. But, like, I'd pay for access to them via a streaming service. Broadway is missing out on a big business with this.
japonaliya Most Broadway shows are professionally filmed and can only be viewed privately if someone is doing research for a school project, but I’ve heard that this wasn’t fully recorded until some of the original cast members left. I’m not sure if that’s true.
@@musicaltheatrevideosyoutube What a travesty! I could understand it if the show was a flop, but it was very successful. Thank you for at least providing the clips that do exist. I was lucky to see the show twice with the original cast I think it was at the St James theater.

This is my first Broadway show and I always loved this song. It reminds me of my childhood. Happy to find this clip.
I’ve always wondered what the stage direction looked like! ❤️
I love it! It gives me chills! I was originally so surprised when I saw that “A Girl in the Valley” was a dance number
I hope that before i die, all the original cast videos of all the broadway shows I never got to see will be released.

This is so cool !
This remind of over the bridge or wall I don’t remember the name
Wasn't Audra McDonald the aya in the original cast? Saw this on Broadway with this case so long ago. It was incredible
Hey, do you have the full show or just the clips?
Just the pro shot clips from the press reel. The full show was unfortunately not released.
@@musicaltheatrevideosyoutube That's a shame. Shows could live forever instead of being forgotten. Well thanks anyway.
@@musicaltheatrevideosyoutube Does that mean it exists somewhere? (The full show)
