Agree 100% on the demons. I know they said they wanted them to look like they just pulled forms together and to look like a nervous system, but imagine how hard it would look with bloody veins and nerve endings dangling out spewing blood instead of purple glow sticks. It would look a bit too souls-like maybe, so i get they need a design to make them stand out, but they needed to workshop that some more.
It genuinely looks great! I'm not the biggest fan of the demon redesign or some of the changes to combat, but the story and characters seem great and for DA that's what matters most to me.
