This does not work for all texture packs. You need a texture pack with PBR support and also with POM support. This requires the pack creator to make two additional layers with PBR properties for all textures. That's a lot of work. This video is only a sample of what a texture pack for JAVA can look like when the creator makes it complete. this video is also quite old and my FPS in it can be off. I was just starting from the JAVA version and didn't know the optimization modes. But recently I released a video on how to correctly set the optimization modes so that you can achieve the highest FPS with pbr and pom turned on 👍

I think 4096px resolution is unnecessary...that is, if the creator's goal is to make it playable and not just look at nice textures with slow FPS. My pack has a resolution of 512px and that seems sufficient for a smooth game. This video is old and not very smooth. I'm a developer for Bedrock and just started with the JAVA version.
I'd love it if they didn't just keep the edges of the blocks so, y'know, mc blocky, I don't mind them being sqaured off, I just wish it looked a little less like it was forced to fit Into the mould, like chipped corners and shit, THEN I'd absolutely try and play like this, that would make it fun
You people do know that these texture packs were all made to reduce lag, plus the use the shader it needs optifine so even mid low end pc's can run this lol.
