The part when little Miku was screaming and crying the funeral, always made me cry because that is actually how I was when I was at my grandmother's funeral. I was 11. Although it was just my family and relatives, I was screaming and crying so loud that my mother told me to be quiet, but I couldn't stop crying. I cried so hard coming back to this song. I feel like in a way it's almost a metaphor in some ways. The story could be retold as her not dying, but instead trying endlessly to fix their friendship, and not being successful for a long time until just that once. Then she found her job was finally done. I can relate to this in a way, my friend Morgan left for a different school, she was the one who held our friendship together. This leaves Madison and Sydney hating each other and separating, while last year they were the best of friends. I feel like I can't do anything, no matter how hard I try nothing can change. Maybe I'll have that one day.

Well...That was a bit of an over-reaction with the whole ice-cream thing...Somehow, I could imagine Miku doing that. Actually, more like Kaito. Kaito would get very dramatic about his ice-cream. Like, slicing intestines dramatic.
Technically, she didn't die over the ice cream. Luka and Miku could've let that go without fighting. But why she died, is because while they were truly fighting, Luka's charm had disattached, and their star charms was a symbol of their best-friendship, and she wanted to save it, so she went onto the road to pick it up without looking or thinking. And as the scenes progress, the girl starts to look more grey/pale and dead inside not because she's dead, but she feels like she's useless cause she thinks that her dying broke Luka and Miku apart.

I mean it was just an accident and that green haired girl (probably supposed to portray miku(no surprise)) just attacked her friend (probably portrayed by Luka) even though it was just an accident. Technically, she didn't die over the ice cream. Luka and Miku could've let that go without fighting. But why she died, is because while they were truly fighting, Luka's charm had disattached, and their star charms was a symbol of their best-friendship, and she wanted to save it, so she went onto the road to pick it up without looking or thinking. And as the scenes progress, the girl starts to look more grey/pale and dead inside not because she's dead, but she feels like she's useless cause she thinks that her dying broke Luka and Miku apart.

Anyone noticed that the girl died over ice cream? I mean it was just an accident and that green haired girl (probably supposed to portray miku(no surprise)) just attacked her friend (probably portrayed by Luka) even though it was just an accident. I've had my ice cream knocked over a ton of times by mistakes I have never attacked anyone over it (my elementary teachers would say their surprised I'm sure) Also the black cat probably could sense the girl because black cats are legended to be partnered with the supernatural.
She died because she saw Miku star fall down to the ground as Miku and Luka were fighting about their ice cream. So when the girl chase after the star that had fallen. The car hit her and she died....

Our friend, ended up passing away from cancer when we were 10, and since then I haven’t been able to talk or see her again, I felt rejected, closed off, and was dealing with my own grief for our friend. Well… today, almost ten years later, I checked my Instagram which I very very rarely do, and I saw a follow request from my old friend. We got to talking, exchanged remaining pictures and videos of our friend and we’re meeting for coffee sometime next week. And then this song came on my autoplay.
