    Thanks- this was very useful- One problem I have is that my knees seem to slide down my arms very quick - I guess this is probably a case of not having enough core strength to stay up for long yet.

    Thanks for the video, Lizette! A small feedback: Please do not look towards the camera when you're in the pose so that we can see where our heads should be pointing towards.

    whenever i try the crow pose. i get bruised around my triceps :(

    my problem is my feet do not come very close to my butt

    Crow pose is kakasan
    Crane pose is bakasan

    When ever I try this pose ,I fell down in front and hurt in the face 2 times

    I just get my butt up that high. My back is more horizontal

    You can't do the Crow till you have strong arms and core
