Thanks! Wasn't aware of the Litany of Our Lady of Sorrows. How about combining Our Lady of Sorrows Rosary with The Chaplet of Tears, which meditate on the very same 7 Sorrows of Our Lady. I do this all the time. Prayers & Love from Malaysia! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🇲🇾

Interesting that the last words in Scripture that Mary speaks is at the wedding feast in Cana, and she says "Do whatever He tells you..."
Today I started praying the 7 Sorrows of Mary Rosary and I was crying all the way through. I felt Mary and Jesus' sufferings and realized how small my pains and sufferings were compared to theirs. I also gained a deeper understanding of why things happen. I learned so much about our Mother's unwavering courage. She suffered so much, yet didn't question a thing. While I suffer a little and question God. I saw a huge difference. Indeed, She is our Mother. Glory to God in the highest! ❤
Gabi, you're truly being blessed. I've been getting signs of something that is going to happen in May. At the end of March mary led me to start Saying the 7 sorrows rosary. On the 3rd day, March 31st she revealed to me something very deep about someone I was praying praying. An intention that I needed to add to my rosary. I had no idea that March 31st was the feast of the 7 sorrows. She told me to say the rosary ever day snd add that litany that you suggested. When I did the math it turned out that the day she was telling me to start the irresistible novena was 54 days from the date that she gave me a sign for something specific to happen in May. So I'm being told to say this novena for 54 days and sge gave me a specific intention. Mark my words, in under 2 years you and I will be talking. Three rosaries a day saved me from suicide a few years back and now there will be a miracle due to the 7 sorrows rosary. Thank you for all your help. God bless and take care

since your community post last friday, i started this novena. yesterday, on day five, my prayer has been answered. today, on day six, my prayer has been answered again. im very excited to complete this novena. in the beginning i dreaded having to meditate on the Passion of Jesus on a daily basis. but now, spending time with Our Lady of Sorrows has become my favorite part of the day. please pray for me, as I'll be baptized into the Catholic Church this Saturday, God willing. me too. a couple years ago I started praying it regularly, and I asked her to show me all her titles and places she visited. I must have found 20 already, besides Lourdes, Fatima, Medjugorje....she is VERY busy. And has been busy. One of the first ones she showed was Our Lady of the Gap. Daily visitations to one person in the 13 or 15 hundreds. Built a church from some ruins. A woman in a cave with a child meeting a shepherdess. So they would pray the Litany of Loreto as a result. I think I took on that devotion for a couple of weeks.
Thank you for this channel it is truly the work of God. These videos have helped me persevere in my faith, especially the Blessed Virgin Mary's intercession.

People are very critical of Christians who give any hint of feeling ‘sad’. This prayer seems powerful.

@@AmericansEmperor I have the same question though. We are supposed to embrace suffering with joy but this can be extremely hard. I will ask the Lord for the grace to suffer joyfully because obviously it’s not natural to our human nature

Latin for Remember your death… Also we are reminded of our death on Ash Wednesday. Also some prayers in the Compline remind us to always be ready any minute to meet Our Lord, Whether we are 16yrs old, 25,36,50,80 or 98yrs old.
We are not to fear death like unbelievers for being out of this world is to be with Christ as St Paul wrote.
Sadly secular practices have stolen our traditions like Halloween use of Skulls defiling the holy practices

We are not to fear death like unbelievers for St Paul wrote saying to be out of the world is to be in the presence of Christ. Some secular practices like Halloween defiled the use of Skulls. We are not to fear death. Besides Christ promised those who eat His flesh shall not die. 💟💟
