I don't understand how players can reset the whole map on their first turn without affecting each other. Can someone explain it to me?
Lots of things effect this, if you want to reset after meeting your enemy then you most likely already lost. Day 1 restarts can be decided on many things, bad setup, bad start, bad roads etc
@@patrickcramphorn The reasons why someone might do it are obvious; my question is how does it work? It looks like resetting the map changes it for both players. What if the other player wanted to keep their version of the map. Do they simply have to deal with the change? If one player changes the map, is the other player prevented from doing it?
Each player gets 1 reset if they choose to do it. After 2 resets (1 each) they have to play whatever the map is generated.
@@Lancer85x I've seen Lexiav mulligan his maps 2-3 times before. I figure the person who goes second wouldn't see the changes until it was their turn, but it stands to reason that if they mulliganed, too, the map the first person got would change, too, n'est pas?
@@chandlergordon8878the whole map gets reset, even if it's godly. Red side has to call first, or say + for keep, then blue has a brief opportunity to call 111
