Howdy Jeff...ive got to replace ESC on my X3 & not looking forward to it ...Good to see you back on X3 ...I use ceramic bearings in mine..It feels like your skating on ice ...Defiantly a great carving board...best ive used so far ..thanks for your videos love to see them..👍
@@COYOTEEXILE i have the ESC but no spare time to install it but with winter coming it will eventually get done..The ceramic bearings can be purchased from Evolve and have spacers built in..As a 14s3p battery range is not bad but between that & anouther board its still a good dau out...The N1 2in1 board 1036wh is anouther good carving board that rides similar...
Seems like ACEDECK likes that 830 kw battery pack size. I guess to make them more streamlined within the carbon decks. Now the N3 though is changing the game for Acedeck.

Haven't you been waiting for the esc for a long time? Ceramic bearings make that big of a difference huh, help with range also?

Just looked up the bearings, $40 bucks for the ceramic bearings sound like a deal to me. Might need to get some for the X1 also!
@@COYOTEEXILE Evolve only sell 8mm axel sizes where as you need 10mm axel for X1 & they are not easy to find....The X3 has a 8mm axel..
@Steven-qm1xo shoot, I know ONSRA also has ceramic bearings. Those might be 10 mm as they make them for the Velar.
