I had an anxiety spike a couple weeks ago. Felt like I was legit going crazy and it was so dark. The morning I woke up with out it...I felt like I had swallowed the sun...so full of light. I've been bonding w Mary. I'm in touch w my pastor trying to find someone for me to talk to for the next time this happens. It's happened 3 times now. Brutal and terrifying. My anxiety meds don't touch it.
I know what you are going through. It's awful but you have the strength and power to overcome it because the Holy Spirit lives in you. Never give up! Keep fighting the good fight of faith. Do you speak in the Spirit? If you do, try that the next time it happens. It will help you. Pray your way through it, reading scripture or listening to praise and worship music may help too. Just remember, you are not alone. There are many of us who suffer the way you do. Sending lots of love, prayers and blessings your way. Stay strong. You got this! 💕😊🕊️🙏
