Kasabian's debut album was released 10 years ago this weekend (September 6). We spoke to the band about the last band in this NME cover retrospective.

I went to Uni in Leciester and one of our admin found out that I like Kasabian (Canadian, had no clue at that point that they are from Leicester). Anyway she told me about her friend who bragged about getting bumped by one of their cars.. I think she said the Basest but I'm not sure
