Well, it’s Oct. 20, 2023, a Friday night here in Massachusetts, and I have just finished watching another great episode. You ladies keep me entertained while I am working on a large wool applique piece. It’s so big that it has taken up semi-permanent residence on my dining room table. You are wonderful!!! I went back to your first flosstube when I discovered you, so as of tonight that’s about sixteen hours of stitching. :-)
I saw a t-shirt that said. " I'd rather be one person's shot of whiskey, than everyone's cup of tea.". For this one person, I think it describes you both perfectly. Thanks so much for the laughs. Julie your Outlander pattern is lovely and what you wrote was truly meaningful to this fan of the show.
Loved all the WIP’s, PIP’s and the Delightful Delights … and men are like little boys especially when they are getting older they go through their 2nd childhood and they have selected hearing … but hey you gotta love them … I’ll be married 48 years this coming June and I would not trade it for anything … 😊 loved all the show tonight … you both are so talented and amazing … love you both … ❤ Dena

Girls! Girls! What is in that drink??? My husband hears me laughing and asks, "Are you watching those funny ladies again?" You know, Blue Rhapsody could go on the black wall even though it isn't technically black. That navy blue is dark. And Julie is right, no one is for everyone, so stop worrying about it. There are tons of flosstubes I can live without. Can't live without you two.

Julie you absolutely CAN stitch Rhapsody in Blue in black!! I think it would look wonderful, especially in a hand dyed black floss. You really need to read the books! I’ve read them through probably three times. I’m not a huge fan of the tv series though I love the actors. The last series of books I read like that were Little House on the Prairie! I always look forward to watching you both. I’ve never done Hardanger; however, back in the day, I cross stitched on Hardanger because it was the largest count fabric I could buy, and lol, it wasn’t Aida! I haven’t eaten chocolate pie since😂!!!

Hello Ladies, I have been binging your posts from your #1-now . I wanted to write on the previous ones, but wasn't sure if past "drops" were read. Anyway, some thoughts I've had you probably have heard before, but in case not. Julia, to find a forgotten program channel, I google and ask "where can I watch... whatever. Quick as a wink, there it is. If 2 over 2 feels tight, I try a smaller needle #28 and stretch the fabric as tight as possible on frame or hoop to enlarge the linen threads. If you need an Outlander break, try Poldark. It is wonderful. I started reading Outlander in the 1980s (I'm 80) and hated it not feeling like dealing with going through the rocks. Well, after reading and watching Poldark until the end, I was in an arrid space until I decided to give Outlander another chance. I had changed and loved it. The books, the film, the characters, the scenery were as enthralling as Poldark. I'm an avid needlepointer, antique sampler collector and sampler reproduction stitcher. I was so glad to discover y'all after watching Brenda and SS talking about you. I'm looking forward to your #17. MaryAnn from Virginia.

Another great video ladies! Loved all of the stitching. Every time I see the Red Deer Sampler, I bump it up on my list of projects to start! Downton Abbey and Outlander are two of my favorite series which I can watch multiple times. But, some of the Outlander episodes are definitely not for the faint of heart😬 I loved all of the goodies that I received ----the bag and fobs are just wonderful! Oh man, when I got my box it was truly like Christmas! I immediately thought I needed to start a Flosstube just to open this box on tape to record the event. Absolutely beautiful!! It is still in the box waiting for me to decide if I want to tape the process! Maybe just pics for Instagram!! Although I love your description of the difference between rabbits and hares I want to keep you “fact based” LOL. They are cousins with hares having longer legs and ears and their babies are born with eyes open and hair. Rabbit babies are born blind and hairless. Hares are also referred to as jackrabbits.

Hello Ladies, I have been binging your posts from your #1-now
. I wanted to write on the previous ones, but wasn't sure if past "drops" were read. Anyway, some thoughts I've had you probably have heard before, but in case not. Julia, to find a forgotten program channel, I google and ask "where can I watch... whatever. Quick as a wink, there it is. If 2 over 2 feels tight, I try a smaller needle #28 and stretch the fabric as tight as possible on frame or hoop to enlarge the linen threads. If you need an Outlander break, try Poldark. It is wonderful. I started reading Outlander in the 1980s (I'm 80) and hated it not feeling like dealing with going through the rocks. Well, after reading and watching Poldark until the end, I was in an arrid space until I decided to give Outlander another chance. I had changed and loved it. The books, the film, the characters, the scenery were as enthralling as Poldark. I'm an avid needlepointer, antique sampler collector and sampler reproduction stitcher. I was so glad to discover y'all after watching Brenda and SS talking about you. I'm looking forward to your #17. MaryAnn from Virginia.

Another great video ladies! Loved all of the stitching. Every time I see the Red Deer Sampler, I bump it up on my list of projects to start! Downton Abbey and Outlander are two of my favorite series which I can watch multiple times. But, some of the Outlander episodes are definitely not for the faint of heart😬 I loved all of the goodies that I received ----the bag and fobs are just wonderful! Have a great couple of weeks and I look forward to your next episode!
Oh man, when I got my box it was truly like Christmas! I immediately thought I needed to start a Flosstube just to open this box on tape to record the event. Absolutely beautiful!! It is still in the box waiting for me to decide if I want to tape the process! Maybe just pics for Instagram!! I love you gals and you both have been added to my bucket list to stitch with at a retreat someday!!! (Had to have those last two samplers!)
Love you both so much. When I finish Yellowstone I will have to give Outlander a try. Your stitching and Hardanger is beautiful. Gives me inspiration and I need to craft my stash as well. But it’s easier to just order it all and when it is delivered I’m ready to start but have to stop being lazy and use what I already have. Keep up the good work.

Would love it if you two could make it to one of Welcome Stitchery’s retreats in Blue Earth, MN. Do you watch their flosstubes, Wips and Sips?
Although I love your description of the difference between rabbits and hares I want to keep you “fact based” LOL. They are cousins with hares having longer legs and ears and their babies are born with eyes open and hair. Rabbit babies are born blind and hairless. Hares are also referred to as jackrabbits.
In Oklahoma we have jackrabbits. But haven’t seen many in the past years.
You crack me up every flosstube! You have a wonderful friendship... it shows. I was going to see if you wanted to come with me to Welcome Stitchery's Sale, but it's Superbowl weekend. Julie I couldn't find your instructional Hardanger after the last flosstube. I'm still interested, can you let me know where to find it? Thanks to both of you - for laughs and inspiration.
