  • Y'all KNOW how I feel about my guy George Saunders. He is the king of the short story and this collection is no exception. How blessed are we to live in a time when an author of this caliber is still publishing new work?? I about fainted when I walked into the bookstore and saw this. It was my last book of 2022 and was a great way to finish out the year.
Let me know what your favorite short stories are and other writers I should check out!

    Great review :)
I loved this book! The first story “Liberation Day” was actually my favorite of the stories. It was so gripping and thought provoking.
