Question:
The VPN is set up on the computer. It does show the location selected when I test the I.P. The problem however, when I connect on my Xbox it still shows my current location. Any idea how to fix?

Great question, and something we've tried ourselves extensively. Unfortunately, there is no real way to do that - at least not directly via your smartphone. We've tried everything, on both iOS and Android, but it just isn't possible.

Everything works on my pc but when I load the vpn on my Xbox it says DHCP server something is wrong. And I tried it on my phone and it doesn’t load anything I’m connected but losing access to my internet?

It's hard to say what's going wrong without knowing a little more information about your problem.
The first thing you could try would be sharing your connection to a different device that isn't your Xbox - that way you'll know if the issue is with your PC or your console.
