Can an employee of the VC firm (who is investigating in a particular startup) can invest in the same start-up individually or is restricted to do so?
The structure and teaching style of your videos are the best I've ever seen.
Well, I came across your channel two months back and that time you almost had 20+k subs in your channel. Since then I have been following your channel as I found the breadth of knowledge which you present in your videos in the simplest manner speaks volumes about your work. Hence Having seen 400%growth in your channel in the last 2months makes your channel a top contender on which I would bet my money. Another youtube channel worth mentioning is Think School.

Haha it's such a shallow video. You'll understand more if you spent exactly ten minutes reading the articles you see when you Google "VC", which will save you at least 7 minutes compared to watching this worthless video

Two channels I would invest today are Akshat Srivastava- Great learning and content is spot on.
Ronnie and Barty- this guys are bringing mountains to the home. I would not be surprised if in few years they would be hired by Netflix. The cinematography and storytelling is on next level. They have adopted a blue whale strategy

Great content once again, other YT creators don't explain such complex roles with so much ease that even a school student could understand such stuff with no prior knowledge on the subject. Looks like Ankur Warikoo's channel would be a great bet.. However, a point to make here is the difference between the content that your channel provides (more focused/specific and educational) is way more valuable to the audience like me vis/a/vis the content available on Ankur Warikoo's channel is more focused on general awareness, which by the way is an imp reason why his channel will have more views and wider target audience and hence scalable).. one common aspect in both your videos is the refreshing smiles..:) Super good going Akshat!! looking forward to lot more informative videos and learning from you through your future videos as well..

I have an start-up idea which target middle class or lower middle class people which is of course consist majority population of India but the problem is I don't have money to put on in the start-up what I have is the idea (their is no single competitor as on the date in India ) so what options do I have , how I approach investor ?

Let's say I started my business with 1 Lakh capital, a VC invests 20 Lakhs for 20% share valuing my business at 1 Crore. I issue 25k face value share certificates to the VC for 20% shares. How is the 19.75 Lakh treated in the books and what are the scenarios in the Indian Market in this case?

One humble request to make a video on getting a job in top consulting firms like MBB, if you are pursuing your MBA from Tier-2 Business Schools from UK like I got an admit in Leeds Univ Business School for Sep21 Intake. My goal is to get a place as a consultant in top consulting firm with a high salary and get UK PR to settle in the UK or European country (Indian Citizen).
I've interned at major law firms in India in primarily M&A, PE and VC and hoping to work in the niche practice of Asset Management & Funds after graduation. Do you think its favorable to go for an MBA right out of law school (I'm entering 4th year of law school) or get some work experience in the field and then transit into MBA?
I would pick Power of Stocks youtube channel given the rise in the number of demat accounts in India and the number of people interested in Options Trading. Also I like his humble attitude which is a great plus.
