Cheers Lorraine. As I'm not full time I need to be realistic with how much I can sell. The odd day with 10 sales is OK but 4-5 sales per day is ideal as doesn't take too long to pack in the evenings.
Thanks so much for all your videos! You manage to make them interesting, entertaining and educational, love them! You’ve such a lovely outlook too. Wishing you lots of sales 👍 xx
Great video Ian I've been watching your videos for a while but this is my first time commenting. Your positivity and enthusiasm makes you one of my favourite youtube resellers and I always learn something from each of your videos. You've definitely helped to inspire me with my reselling and making my own UA-cam channel so thank you very much you're awesome.
GSP is mind-blowingly expensive for buyers so I'm always amazed when a global sale comes in and the buyer has paid close to double what the price + regular postage amounts to. I guess they must REALLY want whatever they've bought! Oh and don't worry, I think I would've left those Liverpool shorts too. The crest and tag look properly off and I find if one thing isn't legit then it puts doubt that their other wares aren't genuine either!
Mad pricing on the gsp. Exactly what I was thinking on the shorts.... they apparently sold a ton at another bootsale last week... they must be collectors and if they are surely they know what that type of thing could be worth so why are they giving them away so cheap!!
@@MasterofPieces I know exactly what you mean. I left something in the first charity shop I went in today then spent the next two hours wishing I picked it up.. luckily it was still there when I convinced myself to go back.. and worth a lot more than I originally thought too 👍
Atleast you are nice and honest with your profits. A lot of UA-camrs just aren't realistic and seem to sell people the pipedream of becoming rich from reselling which really isn't a thing in 2022 due to the shear amount of people doing it now. Keep up the great work mate.
It's all about interpretation... everyone has different financial pressures. Do t think you'll ever be rich and you don't see resellers chilling mansions with fancy sports cars. I did a video not so long ago about how difficult it would be to make an average salary reselling. I could never give up my day job to rely on ebay... financially it wouldnt make sense. The dream that people want is the freedom and being your own boss... 9 times out of 10 the compromise is making less money than the job you're giving up (that would be my situation... everyone's different tho)
@@MasterofPieces very true, I'm personally not a reseller just somebody who goes as I collect video games and trade in at CEX from time to time but I know the regulars and all I hear is complaining about the floods of new resellers coming in but what do people expect when you advertise it all over social media. I wouldn't blame resellers for making videos as it's a way for them to generate alittle extra income which as you say is very needed as there is no way reselling alone could come close to a average wage.
I enjoy your channel one of the better ones, I miss doing the carboots but I don't like to look at the prices on my phone in front of the sellers, it's easier to do it in charity shops, you need to get yourself a trolley you missed a tamogichi when you was looking at the rescue transformers, they can be quite rare depending on the edition.
Ahhhh I've been looking for a tamogotchi for ages!! Can't believe I missed it. Got to go with your gut at bootsales and I quite like that too. I'm not falling into the reseller trolley camp haha... ikea bags all the way
hello mate, if you reinvest your money at each bootsale you never see the money, its all stuck in stock. If you dont mind could you show a video with how much you sold minus fees and over a month and then how much you spent in that same month. Would be interesting to see. I sometime find you have to take a break to get rid of some stock and also build up some cash.
Yeah I getcha. I work out my monthly profit at the end of each month... that's everything I sold that month minus that months spend. I am making £500 clear profit per month meaning I sold enough to clear all that months expenses and made £500 on top. If I closed my ebay, the stock I have in the garage owes me nothing.
Excellent video again, regarding the powered speakers and testing, just get a cheap cable to use your phones headphone out or even a cheap bluetooth receiver and again use your phone with it., it will pay for itself in no time.
Look out for star wars and Elvis Presley things as they are going to be bringing out a new film at the end of June Air max trainers, lift up the insoles inside the sneakers and you will find a hole in the insoles to pump the air max trainers back up bubble. It's been on Tic Tok

That vintage 1990 PSV shirt.. I nearly cried when you walked away and left it..😮
I was in a couple of minds on it. Didn't pull the trigger. Was almost too early in the day if that makes sense... wasn't in the groove

The original Scream masks from the 90s sell for a lot.
And they look cool too
Great find. I just have a question. how would you know if the transformer toys are the real ones?.
Keep an eye out for the autobot and the decepticon logo :)
@@MasterofPieces Thank you :)
There was other rescue bots in there that you missed. The minis can do ok

Yeah I didn't have a cable with the right jack on the end to test. You're right... could have picked one up. Took a risk
I would have had to pick that dior carry case next to the tramp plush just for my storage in the garage 😂
