I’ve been wanting to get a label printer for my small business for the longest time and finally pulled the trigger. I’m glad I did ! This machine is great ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxw55tQTywUAAOsbrlwxONZULry77sFF1Q and the blue/green color matches the rest of the accents in my office. My favorite part is how small the footprint is. It’s less than 1/4 the size of my regular printer.Set up was fairly easy. Seller will email you a link with video instructions Which I found to be more helpful than the written instructions. I use a Mac and had no issues. They even included an adaptor for USB to USB-c which is great because I’m always losing mine! I had a few issues getting the labels to print properly and wasted quite a few sheets. You need to play around with the settings to get everything adjusted just right. If you have the wrong settings, it’ll crop off the edges or feed through blank labels. These aren’t issues with the machine though, just user error.
Idk why this is happening to me but when I try and print out shipping labels for my Mercari page the image comes out small and not the right size…idk what to do man hope this video helps. Also printing usps and usp labels btw

Got this printer followed all the steps, I have a roll of labels fed into it. At thispoint the light is a steady blue. When I connect the USB cable, it keeps blinking red and won't print anything. Do you know what might be the problem? Thanks in advance.
Just a heads up that these directions aren't going to work for everyone that has a Mac. I hard and soft rebooted the device over and over and it did not show up in the locations section of Finder. I eventually had to go to printers/scanners within settings and manually add it there. In order for this to be effective, I also had to download the driver ahead of time from their website so I could select it from the dropdown menu.
Hey man, I love your videos about what is your suggestion for a new flipper. I don’t want to spend over 175-200 and I only sell on eBay right now thinking about sell on Amazon in the future. Plus I want to use a printer that doesn’t need proprietary paper.
Mine is only printing a tiny sliver of the image. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, the labels are the right ones (same brand), settings are 4x6. It's previously worked just fine and now it's making me feel like I want to throw it in the trash :( I'm over it. It used to be so good :(

Thanks for the video. If it won't print the sample for the jiose is it because the usb cable for the mac is the problem? I have the mac extention for a USB and the paper gets fed through the printer but nothing prints?
It can! So I ordered 2x2 round stickers on a role from Amazon. But fyi it takes some trial and error to try and get the alignment and spacing right. And of course it only prints black and white so to make it more interesting I suggest buying round stickers that are pink, blue, yellow, etc. ;)

I’m doing on my iPhone but it’s a long process I have to download and save to my files then take a screen shot and print from Jiose by choosing photos and adjust the size to 4x6. Bought this cz I don’t wanna be cutting print papers to 4x6 but it’s a long process I might return it to Amazon!
Purple means something is wrong . Feed the paper and adjust both sides to fit the paper . Push the button until it turns blue and you hear two beeps then the paper automatically feeds!

Flashing Red means your paper is low
I had a full roll. This printer is good for garbage. I don’t recommend it.

Some chinese printer. This printer is 150, maybe a zebra you can get on ebay for 100 bucks or so.

You should not have to use Adobe. It sounds like a settings issue, were you able to get it squared away?

Oh no! Did you close the head all the way? Try giving their customer support a call when you can, I'm sure they will be able to help.

You forgot to setup Bluetooth
Maybe you should trouble shoot a vidoe if your printer isn't printing. This video is useless. Your showing what we c an read
