there's no flagpole in Super Mario Bros 3. There's this spinning card thing and that's how you end the level.

They probably just used a flag because a flag is what is used to end the cutout sections, and the level is basically one big cutout section. (As they kind of imply at 10:53)
And you still have to hit the end block in order to truly end the level. (23:44)
You are in a 2D world based on the old Mario series and can flip into 3D, but only for 10 seconds.

i don't get why many people hate this game. It looks generaly enjoyable
The game is nowhere near as bad as many people say it is, at least everything except the combat is nowhere near as bad as people say it is. The combat drags the game down quite a bit, but everything else is legitimately pretty good.

how do you get the 100 % painted colorless spots here.. i literally cleared the level and there were no colorless spots, and it says 0 % en when you cleared it it says 100% is there something I missed?
It's without a doubt the less visible spot in the whole game.
It's near the white platform with the 3D hole in it. One of the nearby clouds is missing an eye.

So far, the only way is to set a camera up right in front of it.
OK. my next question would be how are you were willing to do it? I can understand if the quality is bad from using an outside recording device.it's just, at this time it would be nice to see what happens on the gamepad when those events occur.
It really sucks that I wasn't able to record the gamepad, but even if I was, I wouldn't be showing it the entire time. Basically during battles and cutouts. Using a camera makes it waaaaaaaaaaaaaay inconvenient to play the game.
I apologize. I didn't know it would be such a hassle.
No need to apologize, it might have been possible to get myself a capture device for the GamePad, but it was definitely too late to do that when I started this guide. :P
