    Great review. I’ve been trying to get as much input on this as I can, since I’m about to buy one. You’ve pretty much sold me on it. I’ve got several large coolers storing all of my cigars, and they work fantastic, but it’s a pain to dig through them when I wanna smoke something, so this would be where I’d keep loose cigars for easy access.

    Just ordered one using your code! I ordered 7 5 packs from CI and they sent me 16 5 packs on accident. It was a sign for a bigger humidor 😆 great video!

      Lol that's awsome. Check my video out, how to recharge Boveda packs ! I still recharge my Boveda packs and they working perfectly! but I do it about five times each and just replace them for brand new.

      @@IvanRossS wow never knew you could recharge them like that. Thanks for the pro tip! Do you think 4 size 60 packs will be enough for this unit?

    • @IvanRossS
      @IvanRossS  2 роки тому +1

      @@edfr yes. But that's for you to test. It takes time. You will see how fast they getting used and harder. For now 4 is ok. But more will never hurt. Start with 4 and see. In my 7 drawer humidor that I also have video unboxing and review, I have Boveda pack in every other drawer so I used 4 minimum.

    Great review thank you! The condensation inside the humidor damaged some of my cigars at the bottom of the humidor, and noticed that too late. Thus, a smell is stuck in my humidor and can’t remove the smell now. Any advice please?

    Kindly pls explain if the temperature outside above the door is showing u room temperature or what’s the temperature inside the unit. I’m very confused about that. I bought it few months ago. But it seems like I’m still not able to run it at 65

    Great review!! The best I’ve seen on this product. Let me ask a question, I can’t seem to get the R/H above 58%. I have 4 320 gram Boveda packs in the unit. I have temp set on 70. It’s in a room that the average temperature is 72. Don’t know what else to do.. Thank you I’m advance for your help…

    I have the same one. Needone. Got it today. My house is at 67degrees where it's at thermostat is set to 68. But it's a big room. I have a nest thermostat next to it reads 66. But when I turn on the unit. I set it to 74 so it doesn't do any cooling. Just circulate fan. But the problem is. The temp drops to 63. So that tells me its stuck on cooling????

    Hi dear, i purchased new audew 300 humidor from usa to uae - middle east and once i try to switch on, the light got blinking for a seconds then got off and now its not working at all. Do u think this issue due to power voltage difference or ??

    Is the drain plug open from the outset of the factory? I don’t want to get mold in my humidor if it’s closed.

    • @IvanRossS

      You're not going to get mold in your humidor lol. And drain plug is open. There is no cap that comes with it that you can close it

    I have the 150ct unit but the temp won’t go above 66-67°. Is there a lockout feature on this? I have the temp “set” at 74. The humidity sits steady but the temp is my issue. Any suggestions?! Audew CS is worthless to get help from.

    • @IvanRossS
      @IvanRossS  2 роки тому

      Yes. Why do u need temperature over 70 anyway?.. 66.67 perfect !! Even 60 would be better. This is the reason you buy this humidor anyway.. to make sure your store your cigars in the cool place, cooler then your house can get. Because nobody set their house thermostat at 65 Fahrenheit

    How do you get the temp correct if you live in a cold environment like the UK? I have the Klarstein 48L and the temp panel range is 12 to 18c you cannot get any higher than that 18c is 64f and I want it to be at 69f and similar RH. At the moment I am experimenting with a small vivarium heat pad in there and that gets the temp up but climbs above 69f and then if I switch the unit on it cools down to 64f...very frustrating. And when the heat comes on the RH climbs into the mid 70s and drops back down when the fan cools it back down to 64f. Do you have any ideas please?

    • @IvanRossS
      @IvanRossS  8 місяців тому

      64 Fahrenheit for cigars it's not too bad but what type of humidification are you using ?? And buddy, you made a mistake purchasing humidor that do not have a heating feature.

    Hi Sir! Great review! I have a question. A buddy of mine has the same exact unit and he is experiencing humidity that he can’t control. So much so that without the units device working, Boveda packs removed and no other source of humidity, the box still reads 72%. Empty. The box is generating humidity. Any ideas? Thanks!!

      I recommend check hygrometer !!! Look up how to do "salt test" just to verify that your digital Hygrometer is calibrated. Analog that came with it, don't even bother with it. I had alot of experience with bad hygrometer unfortunately that wasn't showing correctly... some of them was big brand

    I have the 150 count unit. It has a straight drain plug (no U shape) I plugged mine with 2 layers of duck tape. Untill you get condensation(which I never do) this unit is not sealed and will leak humidty.

    • @IvanRossS

      Yes cuz if that hole. I don't understand design.... just sell hole and use Boveda packs !! And u good.

    I guess if you plug that drain hole, the bottom of your coolidor will flood. Damaging any cigars you have there.
