Hisuian Goodra is also a steel dragon like duraludon
And I think it has slightly better coverage for Ground yuprd
@@billdeco08 its a pseudo so its obv better but don’t forget about the little guy 😢
He has a knack for forgetting regional forms.😅
He forgot that Alolan Exeggutor existed and was a dragon/ grass type in a recent video.
@@MagicalBread With over 1000 Pokémon in the game, and regional forms too? You're gonna forget something.
@@MagicalBreadIt's the UNDERRATED series... 🤦♂️🤣
Dialga, Aggron and Metagross are my favorites with a love of Steelix
Perrserker and Bronzong are actually on my very long list of " Pokémon I've never used on a team, but would like to"
I used Perrserker on my team of all Galar Pokémon. Even with a bad nature it was just good at resisting half the things I battled lol
Levitate Bronzong was my go to screen setter. Fireproof might have been better with an Iron Defense over Calm Mind since Ground doesn’t have much special moved widely available. Last move was just zen headbutt with decent damage and pp
Bronzong is kinda like a discount version of Metagross. Even the colour scheme of Bronzong is similar to Metagross. Maybe that's why Bronzong is so underrated, because Metagross is an upgraded and more well known version of Bronzong and Metagross already existed before Bronzong.
Levitate Bronzong was my first proper use of a defensive Pokémon. Prior to that, I was all about pure offense. It got me into trouble more than once. 😅
Did a steel type run in S/S and both were pretty fun to use
Forretress also has curse which makes it a terrifying threat with gyroball
Practically a signature combination!
klingklang is underrated for me. i used it in my unova play through and loved it! it has access to gear shift and gear grind, making it a good hitter
I love the Klingklang line too, man. Pretty witty concept
That ancient gears reference..😂 that's one of my friend's favorite decks to play. Should do a video covering possible yugioh and pokemon connections/references 👀
I thought he was referencing Breath of the Wild since Zelda is also made by Nintendo.
Ancient Gears was my go to decks, destroy the field spell and get a free high level ancient gear out easily
Durant is really good. 2 time NBA champ, MVP, one of the most unstoppable scorers ever
I love using Durant. It’s a fast and speedy Bug/Steel with a decent moveset and ability. Hustle and Hone Claws is a fun combo.
Exactly my point. I love how small it is too in Pokémon camp on SwSh very cute
Wait! It learns that move?! Why didn’t I know that years ago?! 😭
DURANT!!
I LOVE DURANT HES MY FAVORITE POKEMON
Mystic: Duraladon needs more love from Gamefreak
Gamefreak: E V I O L I T E
Honestly durant is really underrated and I ended up getting a full odds shiny durant in Pokémon X version. Edit: wow I’m surprised forretress doesn’t have shell smash, lol.
Wow me too!
Based on what I've seen, Duraludon has a bad reputation but I used it on my first sword playthrough and it was pretty solid
You mixed up Duraladon's Physical Defense and Special attack.
I fell in love with Durant in shield. Because it can literally sweep the last 5 gyms.
Love your content dude! Idk if I'm the only one having this issue with your audio, but a lot of the S sounds are hitting like nails in a chalkboard. Your videos would benefit from de-esser EQ. Keep killing it otherwise!
One of my favorite Steel type Pokémon is Heatran
He described Zuko during his togedemaru segment
Bronzong is the best tank introduce in gen 4, amazing utility too, just give it a try.
I ❤ Togedemaru underrated for sure. I also wasn't a bug fan of bronzong until I got one while Nuzlocking and wow it has great potential
How often do you do competitive ?
I had an Entrainment Durant with the Slack Off hidden ability for the battle subway in BW. I paired it with a Skill Link Icicle Spear/Shell Smash Cloyster. It was a great combo. Trying to remember the third Pokemon I used for type coverage...
Hey, MysticUmbreon, do you take requests?
It's in my top 3 favorites:
1. Water
2. Steel
3. Ghost
love duraludon was so mad that i couldnt get it until badge 8
Steel Pokémon are awesome ❤
Cant believe forretress is on this list, and ill keep quiet about escavalier 👀, thats been my secret steel ace since gen 6
I played for short a pokemon w2 with a steel team. I am not finished yet but it goes very well.
Durant is great! I had one for a recent Nuzlocke of Pokémon Y (not that hard of a challenge, I know, but I used no super-effective moves in Gym battles and had to Wonder Trade a living team member after every Badge).
She saw little play in the League, but Skreee! the Durant was indispensable on Victory Road, and took some hits against Drasna’s Dragon types.
The name theme was comic book noises. And no she did not have Hustle. Thank goodness
I think that Dialga fella has a lot of potential, it's totes underrated.
I love steel types .my favorites but steelix didnt got into the list 😭 can it have any niche or not?
Galarian stunfisk is a menace in Pokémon go great league somewhere between 60 percent of my defeats in great league have been either directly or indirectly caused by stunfisk by either killing majority of my teams or making them so weak they can’t deal with the remaining members
Why not go for fighting type next?
Love bronzong!! Big old bell shaped wall !!
Forretress might have a 4 x weakness to Fire but it can be a massive powerhouse if used correctly and in Colosseum & XD: Gale of Darkness its a wonderful Pokemon to have on a team.
I love Durant. The only issue with it is in the games apart from Sword and Shield, it is found super late, if not just before the elite 4. That is when you already have a team put together. And since your only chance to use it on a team worth some salt is in the end and a post game, where the only good post game where it resides is gen 5.... sooooo... it really sucks that people can't use it more in the main game. It's a fantastic pokemon with an amazing type.
Next underrated type should be Fire.
What about Steelix? Is it like Blastoise - fairy rated and a decent Pokémon all round?
wonder how high evolite duraldon is now if it’s considered underrated at all now
This lost should 1000% be topped by escaviler
It is constantly overlooked and its an absolute monster to go against if the person k ows how to use him
It’s because it’s a trade evolution. Too few people can reliably get trade evolutions, so it sees very little use. 😢
nice video
I just finished a bw2 run where I got a shiny escavalier, it kinda carried me ngl
Been thinking about going back in pkmn time to use one of these mfs
Steel resist fire?
It doesn’t. Unless you pair it with the water, fire, & dragon typings.
Dialga is also a Steel/Dragon type?
It's funny that I assume Galarian Stunfisk is a great Pokemon just because of how strong it is in Pokemon Go and I never used it in the main series.
What if Duraludon could have more defense, and special defense?
It now has an evolution in the new DLC, which means it now has access to the Eviolite. You’re welcome.
Klinkklank is a piece of ancient gear golem
I loveeeee Klingklang
Copperajah is in Scarlet and Violet
Ancient gear? Yugioh gx? Was Dr. Crowller the inspiration for the Klink line? 😂
I thought he was referencing Breath of the Wild since Zelda is also Nintendo.
I summon the legendary ANCIENT GEAR GOLEM!
Perrserker. Pronounced Purr-zerker as in Berserker.
Lightning rod?
Underrated Water types for the next video. 12:01
Yeah Steel types have soooo many resistances
Ancient - Gear, Yugioh?
Ancient gears are also in BOTW.👀
my boi bronzong Bl
No magnezone?
It's an underrated vid, Zone is definitely not underrated.
Copperaja is in violet….
Ummm hisuian voltorb?
Steel is weak to fire types & doesn’t resist it unless if steel is paired with either dragon, fire, or water typing.
i prefer skarmory as underrated too yo
Honestly your mispronunciations are starting to get to me.
Perrserker = purr-ZER-ker (think berserker)
Minimize = minna-mize (it is an actual word, don't mispronounce the first two syllables to rhyme with "skinny", since that second i is crushed)
You also sometimes double and triple load your setups. You might say something like, "And it seems that the general opinion is that"...stuff like that. It makes your content seem weak and uncertain.
Cough cough, steel rock is bad defensively
Not pronouncing Perrserker like Berserker kinda frustrated me 😒
