Dear Dr. Kristie Ennis, I just wanted to stop thank you for creating such a vast library of physical exercises. Your channel is so comprehensive. I can virtually find your instructions for any part of the anatomy I want to focus on. That's a very valuable resource. Sure there's a plethora of channels. So many to go through, you wouldn't have anytime left for instruction. Meaning, when you click with, find the right instructions stop looking. Of course it speaks to your knowledge. Though your personal is a big part of the difference. Consistently every instruction you provide is done with such a positive upbeat happy attitude. It's real. Comes right through, at least for me. After a time, we don't always think about it to ourselves that much. It just continues to be. I just wanted to remind you by pointing this out. Your efforts provides health for so many. Thanks again.
Hello Dr. Ennis and greetings from Finland! Thank you for the amazing and informative videos. I have often issues with "traditional" exercise moves which cause pain for neck or some other part of the body. Your workouts are painless and I can feel them really hitting the muscles! I am recovering both from earlier pregnancy and recent covid bedrest so your core workouts are much needed and make me feel better. I am definitely a big fan! All the best! 😊
I love this, especially the standing exercises. You and I are similar in build so I really enjoy your videos. I know they work! Cause you look great! 😊
I love your workouts and I do one of them every day. I like that I can follow along with you. I have arthritis and your workouts have helped me to stay fit. I can tell that you love what you do so that gives me even more encouragement to follow along. So glad I found your page ❤️
Thank you so very much you help so many who would think these little movements would make such a great improvement. Stay positive don't ever get discouraged thanks again.

Great video Dr. I still like the stretching videos especially for hips and shoulder mobility however. As a runner they are very helpful. Thank you for the good content!
Thanks for the wonderful content. It is safe exercises, well laid out. I wonder if you have any direction for a man recently diagnosed with 2 direct inguinal hernias, Trying to find ways to maintain core strength while not irritating the hernias, until I can see a surgeon for a full diagnosis.
You are welcome! Abdominal exercise with a hernia can be quite tricky. I generally have my patients avoid stressing the abdominals and focus on the surrounding muscles.
@@drkristieennis yes that makes all the sense and thank you for your reply, the challenge now is for me to determine what specifically is and isn't helpful. As an aside I just wanted to tell you that your presentations have been really enjoyable for my wife and myself, and very much appreciated.
These are great tips for core workouts. Because I have a back pain, I already use some of the exercises you have shown. But thanks to you, I can now add new exercises to my workouts. Love watching you and your channel.
Hi! Thank you for your workout videos! I had spinal fusion surgery four months ago and have been cleared to workout with the understanding that I will not do exercises that will over extend or twist my back. I have been working out my whole life, though. Is this particular video ok to do after spinal fusion surgery? Thanks!
Kristie, you've got some good hip and thigh muscles. You ought to take karate and learn how to beat up the boys! At least the "old" boys like me. I wish I could do like you, I barely sit up anymore. And I don't know how I ever got to being such a couch potato. That doesn't mean you're not an inspiration for me. You indeed make me feel more like getting back into better shape. Keep those toes curled!💘
@@drkristieennis ? I pushed a carpet vacuum around yesterday Kristie, haven't done that for 3 or 4 years, maybe more. And I plan a little more this afternoon to finish up. And yes I'm sore in places I never felt before, it's been a good workout for me. If I could just stay active all the day and get rid of this couch, and maybe use my chair once or twice during the coarse of a day. Kristie it's Mom's Day today, and I bet your family is expressing their thankfulness for you, You're a véry wonderful person for taking time to write back to me. Have the best Mother's Day of anyone, you earned it!💖
I had to start laughing at you during those oblique twists. Can't believe how activating that was and thought about you talking the whole time and not taking a break as I tested out a movement here or there. Good work. There is a genius to the efficiency and effectiveness of this circuit. Great video.

Thanks, Dr. You are amazing! This videos are really helpful. If I may add, I went to your IG and saw some bacon. I imagine you are not a vegetarian and also doesn't care much about meat (that was my impression). I just wanted to say that you may feel really impressed about the effects that eating more meat can have in our overall health, phisique, and mood (mental health as well). I'm saying this because you reminds me about myself and my mom. We always eat meat, but we never gave much thought about effects and quantities and was only now in later years that we found that can do wonders and so much. If this resonates with you, try to get 1 gr of protein per kg of weight, only count the animal food sources, make it mostly meats and less from eggs/milk, etc. Increase slowly for you to get used to it, because it's very filling, satietes fastly. Make the meat or animal protein the star of your meal. Use animal fat to cook them, if you need, not vegetable oils. Insert a variety of sources like different red meats, pork, fatty fish, oysters, and the king of all meats, liver. This are full of important nutrients that form our brain, neurotransmitters, hormones, and build and recover all tissues, from muscle, to skin and bones and teeth. If you feeling adventurous and like it, try bone marrow, bone broth, other organ meats, and use the leftover bones to make calcium powder that you can add in meals or coffee, if you are a coffee drinker. Maybe you eat a variety already, but not that frequently/much. Thanks again for this instructions. It's helping me greatly. Hope you have a great weekend!

Hi doc! Can i do this workout if I have piriformis syndrome? Thanks!
Hi! It definitely depends on your symptoms. I tend to have patients be careful and cautious of glute work until their pain subsides.
👍👍
Thanks for a great core workout. The only problem I was having is my workout shorts have pocket big enough to hold girl scout thin mints.
Time to get some new shorts or eat some cookies:)
