Arsenal were never this bad and a key factor is they were broke. There was a window where they only got Cech for 10 million. United spent a billion to be this bad. Its genuinely amazing

I’ve followed football since the 70s. United were always this kind of club. Mid table and winning the odd trophy here and there. The football landscape has changed since Ferguson. I can’t see them getting back to that level of domination full stop. Or any team who follows the rules 😉 and frankly the sport will be better for it.
To be fair that was a very good question coming from a you tuber🤣 I have not even heard a pundit on the tv or in the mainstream media ask that question what really makes me laugh re this video is a m utd fan wanted chelsea to win because he is worried about relegation to the efl championship🤣
At this point in time I feel like we need to be this bad for everyone related to the club realise that we have been so bad the players have been hiding behind the manager and cup some cup wins. Amorim has just exposed how bad that team is by giving everyone a chance so that everyone can see and when he start replacing them no one will complain. The man looks like he has a plan, let him cook.
Manu are never going to be relegation team. They might have lost their way a bit and aren't hitting the previous hights. Simple fact that the lowest performing teams in the league will be beneath them. 100% Having said that at the other end of the table its a lot harder than it used to be than 15 - 20 years back, meaning there were a definite top 4 - 6 that you'd back historically... Now in 2025 there's more competition, there are more teams definitely capable of climbing the table and that makes it a lot harder to be a top four team. It definitely makes it harder gaining promotion from chapionship and trying to stay in top flight premier league. That's why you see promoted teams getting thrashed 8 - 0 from top teams. Different league all together now... Where does manu equation sum up? Because its a harder league now and the bar is set very high. Manu do have some great players and that's coming from a geordie. Their new manager, new ethos may take time to change their ways so losses early on can be expected. Remember alex Ferguson was slated when he first started and didn't do great at all but turned out to be one of the best managers the leagues ever had. They do have a top manager hopefully they can do better but it may take time to chnage there DNA and dynamics with new manager.
Utd need to get rid of the players, get rid of the rats, and start all over again as a club. Fergie was their greatest ever mananger. But he left a curse on the club. These managers cant fill his shoes and its been 12 years since he retired. 😂😂
Growing up I used to be terrifed of United. Fergie had ice cold killers up front. Van Nistelrooy, Van Persie, Rooney, Ronaldo, Tevez, Berbatov. Seeing them go from that to two raw kids like Hojlund and Zrikzee, what a downfall! I almost feel bad for their fans.
