I am the owner of a Theos F90 bike. I bought it in May 2022 and it's an excellent bike as performance, but when it comes to warranty service aspects, the Kellys Company is totally unprofessional. I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks for a replacement headset and no one from this company is able to send me the part in Romania, even if it is Kellys replacement campaign. Now, the upper plastic protection over rear triangle is unglued and hanging over the chain make the riding barely impossible and gear switch SW-M8050-R is electronically broken I am waiting for more than 3 weeks from Kelly’s after sales service to send me the replacement part, and I cannot get a clear answer about when I will receive the parts under warranty. Unfortunately I cannot recommend buying this expensive bike for Kelly’s, due to very late reaction in terms of service and warranty.
That is case 'in general' how consumers are treated in EU, as a Union (sort'a) we are far behind US in this regard. I could not get my Specialized serviced, I needed to order my own parts, and then it was repaired for me. I assume most of companies don't care, and until much more stricker laws are passed, they still will do the same.
Hmm no właśnie jeśli by to odnieść Kellysa do Speca czy Treka - cena właśnie nie powala wcale. Dostajemy tu mega baterię, Di2, geometrycznie ten rower zapowiada się tak dobrze, jak modele wyżej wymienionych "tuzów". Ja bym szedł w Kellysa, jeśli tylko bym takiego roweru potrzebował. Najchętniej to jednak bym taką maszynę wypożyczał gdzieś w górach, bo akurat nie mam potrzeby posiadania takowego w parku maszyn. ;)

Czyli duże koło z przodu łatwiej przetacza się przez przeszkody a tylne już nie.

I've had the chain rubbers re stuck twice but it keeps coming off

trzeba pogratulować jazdy bez ochraniaczy na kolanach.
