Todd: Looks like you have 'owned' several light-sport type planes, why did you go with the CTLS? After a couple of years now, what are your thoughts about the plane? Easy to fly, reliable, maintenance, etc.? Entertaining videos by the way.
I am based in Phoenix and I flew it all around the country in 2019, the furthest point East was Cape Cod. Besides having the safety of the BRS Chute, it is roomy, Great Avionics, Great Autopilot, Burns 5.5 gal of Auto Gas per hour, holds 32 Gal of fuel, Flys at 130 mph (wot) and holds 110lbs of luggage. What's NOT to like? Easy to fly once you get 4-5 hours in it and low maint.
Fun Video Todd. Awesome plane at the end!
I saved the BEST for LAST!
Pilot too!
