We took over an account a few years ago that thankfully the customer had a complete resurfacing and reconstruction of their pool . The lsst pool guy only used cal hypo . A big 18-20k gallon pool that had calcium chucks leeching out of surface very badly . In some spots it was 1/4 -1/2 inch thick . Needless to say I’m not a fan of dry chlorine to begin with but I don’t understand how as a pool guy you could let this happen. I’m no scientist but I take pride and try learn and treat other peoples pools as my own . My thought process is would I swim in it ?
What is the best electronic vacuum in your opinion for pool technicians
Can do you still have he technician guide ?
If your referring to a Robotic Pool Cleaner the Polaris Alpha iQ is the best.

It's pretty common for a new pool to get ruined by inexperienced service techs
