It doesn’t, lndia is poor and crowded country the cities are not clean , india is full of pollution you can’t even breathe, and too many thefts and crimes,the life is very very hard there , UAE is totally different, it’s very developed, clean, not too many people , no pollution, no thefts . My husband Forgot too many times his phone and wallet, he comes back after days he finds them in the same place 😅
