Wow it works, I’m about to set a schedule to complain at Samsung store tomorrow because I just bought the new Samsung galaxy a32 last month and today the screen froze,,, thank you. It helps a lot.

When I unlocked the screen, it stayed on for only about 5 seconds while i was using it before going off again. it just went black. It seemed like the UI was glitching out. I tried long-pressing the power button, and only the power off, restart, and Emergency buttons appeared, everything else not showing on the screen, even though the phone was on.
