At 21:53: You can take two resources, but they have to be of the same type, since they're next to each other "(XX)". You can take two different ones if it said "2(X)"
+Paolo Sumilong it's an instant benefit, but like Richard said earlier, we would have to pay 1 resource to draw 2 cards and he then may buy one of the two cards... what would happen if he did that was that he would only have 2 resources left after having payed the one to draw 2 cards and there are no cards that cost only 2 resources, so there's no point in doing that... He just sent his worker there to be able to buy the card bellow that place of the board because that place only has 1 worker placement and he would be risking not being able to get that building if he didn't go there now despite not taking advantage of the auction house
I would have thought that the 4 becoming a 5 only takes effect within the sheriff's office. It doesn't make sense that the 4 would also be a 5 in the other poker match.
+Shadd Butler well from that perspective, nothing makes sense in the game as you have one card which affects 3 different games. so changing it universally in all 3 games seems like a reasonable thing to do :)

Mulling this over, so it's better then TEG? Shadows over Camelot has that build poker hands to complete quests in medieval times, only poker like game in our collection.
That's fair, but I agree that this video was particularly difficult for me to follow. That's a first for me, and I'm a long time viewer. I had to stop and what Rodney Smith's How To and come back. Intended to be constructive, not mean. Not sure what it was exactly that made it difficult to follow, but I couldn't see the structure of the game until I watched Rodney's video
@@leeko8581 Rodney has a totally different approach which is fine and of course more structured. However what is really the USP for me with Rhado is that he just starts playing and explains on the go. This is a different approach to seeing how the game works and much easier for me compared to just getting the full structured rules before making a first move. For this I can just read the rules.
I love Tiny Epic Galaxies. After looking at this game for a little while, I think I'm really going to love this one as well! :D
haberdasheries aren't a place that i want to own after seeing hateful 8

noted... thanks
I'm way late on this but I thought you couldn't move two of your meeples to the same building unless one is injured from a duel.
Someone should get Rahdo one of those card shuffling machines.
Haven't read the rules, but from what you've said shouldn't you have used the Auction House's power at 12:40 since it was an instant benefit?

Are you sure you can land on a porch and choose to NOT use the building action??
timestamp please

game funded in 33 minutes and is close to unlocking the $150,000 stretch goal
It's a quite interesting mechanic :)! Do you know any games with similar mechanics as well (be that something other than with poker)?
+Alwin Hardenbol not really... fairly unique imo
what is influence wilds A,B,C?
sorry it's been so many years since i played this, i don't really remember specifics...
One industry should have advanced as well ...

The only Western game for me is Doomtown: Reloaded
+hekje12345 well aren't you fucking cool

You should script this out, hard to watch it is so all over the place.
+Billy Brooker sorry, not going to happen. scripting everything would take all the fun out of it for me to film...

@@unimatrix20a Thanks, I'm a long-time viewer so I'm aware of the differences.
Anyone else getting dizzy from his camera “skills”?? Buy a tripod
check the show notes for the solution to your problem! :)
@@rahdo did you want me to join your Patreon so you can afford a tripod?? Nah, not a chance
