A small point but I thought they'd be a USB cable included to help with the set up but there was none. I've been using it now for a few weeks and it seems like a good product and superior to my previous printers which were all troublesome HP machines.
HP "updated" the firmware in my printer so that now all generic ink cartridges won't work, which is supposed to be illegal, yet they do it anyway. I tried calling tech support, but they claim that they cannot reset my firmware to what it was when I bought the product and it worked. I hope they enjoy the temporary increase in revenue as I am now forced to by "HP Ink", but I swear to God that I will never buy another HP product for the rest of my life!
Thanks. Exactly what I was looking for as I just received my HP color laser printer today and wanted to make sure I knew how to load the toner cartridges. Those were very easy instructions to follow.
Thanks. This is a very helpful video. It was my first time to change my laser jet cartridge and did not realize how simple it was ! I'm also able to return the old cartridge for recycling using a provided return label.
I replaced my cartridges but wheb i print the report, it shows levels as 100% full but they are not printing anywhere as bold in color as they should be. Whats being printed looks as if its still low on toner even though it says its not.

Now on HP Canada's site, the time it took for me to review the specs the "Add to Cart" button turned to "Out of Stock"! 😩 Clearly it's a popular printer! Thank you for the video - for me, i had an issue of not printing correctly after changing my toner - i removed it, gently rocked it left/right replaced it, and that seemed to work !

Why if i print so many pages every paper asked me to choose the paper size or ask to load tray 1. Plain, Letter or press OK to use available media,, can i close this !!!
I just bought a black cartridge. I bought the actual HP one. It was about $85. It looks like you could get some other brands that would work for about $65 though.

If you r not change the chip,when you take a print out a notification will come that ink is low,put "OK"then it works
