I love how that she is a trainer but she seems to be very mindful about the everyday person who is struggling, whether it be having a sweet tooth, going to restaurants, having a schedule where they can't work out every single day. She does not talk down to people she simply encourages them
So pretty! Great advice. I have been doing only cardio for months...seems like I have lost my butt!!! Which made me look into it cardio vs weights & voila - cardio is amazing for fat burning, ( makes you hungry like hek). Weights don't make you bulky, one of my huge fears & help with weightloss & strength & shaping!!!. Did my first weights session and whoa - I felt it afterwards. Going back for more.

+RLprod I work out among guys every time I go to the gym and honestly, it's kind of intimidating and disturbing at times. Some guys stare A LOT and when I'm just in my comfort zone, having a f'ckn blast it's not that awesome having some 200lb dude staring at your ass - especially when you're not totally comfortable with your body :)

As a guy, the reason it`s fucking annoying is the rampant ego-stroking with the lifts. Ffs, why lift heavy with poor technique? Don`t people research what exercises they are doing? It`s so cringy watching people do bench press or some other with poor form and heavy weights.

Have you ever come across - Seyliana Strength Salgado - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my cousin got excellent success with it.
