I just Love that they have genuine love for each other! Fantasia stopped immediately in her tracks when she saw Taraji crying! 🥹 That’s a beautiful thing right there! Love their sisterhood 🥹🥰
I have to say this, I have watched every Q&A this cast and team has done and it feels to be the most strongest, authentic, realistic, soulful, honest, and joyful campaign gracing the special screenings "for your consideration". They are truly genuine and raw and is deserving of any accolade they can get their hands on to achieve. When they say its about healing, you feel it because they meant it in their performances as well as their genuine conversation with the press and critics. I am praying this awards season gets it right and acknowledge not just on merit alone, but for their raw candid effort on-screen and off. Yeah most times it's about politics about selling the film, but this campaign doesn't need a hard sell, the promotion was already indeed natural without advertising effort. You just feel it, and sense it, and digest it, let alone quench for more because you feel the LOVE. This is what an excellent ensemble looks like. Kudos to all of them. Manifesting SAG, CRITICS CHOICE, GOLDEN GLOBES, BAFTA AND OSCARS, its is much deserving. This is their year... their gift to us, hopefully will be rewarded with an honor as a gift to them. Thank you.
I 100% side with everything you just said. I saw one of the Oscar UA-cam channels (FYC) describe it as an ELECTRIFYING campaign, because they really are bringing an authentic and soulful sense of themselves and the work they have done. They Must win Best Sag Ensemble.
@@lisacox306 I'm also seeing many celebrity reviews coming in and they are saying the movie is excellent and stunning, calling it a masterpiece, and that the director 'did his thing' on many of the reviews. Also what was being said is that the actors performances were gold, with one of them saying the academy need to engrave Danielle Brooks and Fantasia's Oscar now!!! Wow, this is truly showing that this film is the underdog slowly rising to the occasion as one of the last contended films of the season. wouldn't it be surprising if the film wins Best Director, Best Picture along with the actors, would we have a repeat of last years 'EEAAO'? This could most likely shake up awards season if the reviews keep coming in like they are. Now we also have to watch the box office numbers, but the critics and peers reviews dont lie...its numbers slowly gaining traction in it. I'm definitely rooting for this movie to take it all the way to the top!!!
