Just curious, what all do you carry on your hikes? And do you ever add extra weight?

I am going to do a video on this! Thanks for the suggestion. I always carry a back pack and have been adding more weight every hike. This hike I was carrying a backpacking stove, fuel and a pot, some beef jerky, a backpacking meal, my binoculars, and a liter and 1/2 of water. Trying to get used to more weight for overnight backpacking.
