- I was using Sony HT-IV300 for last 3.5 years, so i decided to give a detailed review and feed back. Comparison between new sony sound bar 5.1, HTRT3 and logitech z906 is also included.

what about Atmos I can see it can do True HD .. So technically it is a Dolby Atmos speaker when not using ARC and using the external HDMI source... Can you answer it?

Sir I have HT Iv300 connected to my TCL C2 75 inch. There is dd+ on off switch in tv. If I switch it on then there is no sound in dd+ supported channel or ott. Once with dd work fine. If I switch off dd+ on my tv the dd+ audio formats play in stereo. Please help. Will upgrading my v1.4 hdmi cable to v2.0 solve the issue?

Hello Sir I saw your video I'm also having Sony IV 300 ..in Movie/Music /Digital Music/Game Mode rear surround speakers are not working...but in clear audio plus it's working pls clarify

Bro if the audio is lpcm 2 ch then u change mode like digital music other modes only 2 speaker will work untill u use clear audio + but if use dolby sounds or dts sound it will definitely work on digital music or other modes if u watching any dolby 5.1 or dts movies pls go for digital music damn power the center,surround,subwoofer,front will work on full potential but it in some movies the digital music is not good because of over bass sub woofer gives dissortion sound so while using digital music in 5.1 music pls reduce the bass level to 3 or 3.5 it shakes whole room

I am using this home theater for long time... i had one doubt while. i am conecting the optical cable from tv to iv300 the output comes only 2.1 not 5.1 output... kindly check and sort this issue...
Go chk ur tv's output if it is lpcm change to auto why i am telling ii it is lpcm u should change it to clearaudio+ then only it gives 5.1 other wise if u use other modes it gives 2.1
