Whats the point of saying you're being productive by waking up at 3:35 AM if you're going to bed at a time where most people are still working? "I work while they sleep but i sleep while they work" lol
? Youre 100% wrong. He is more productive by working without any distractions compared to people who are lazy and can’t get as much productive work done during the day. If he wakes up at 3:35 and sleeps at 8, that is 16 and a half hours of working and being productive. Do most people stay up and be productive for 16 and a half hours?
@@kysedahdal8155 i wake up at 5:00 AM and go to bed at around 10~11 pm and i am productive, thats why i dont get the point. But if youre a lazy person than maybe that'll work for you i guess? If youre procrastinating its your own fault, dont blame the clock 🤔

I disagree. You don’t want someone “providing for you” because then you rely on them and give them power over you. This kills your drive, and leads to a poverty mindset that much of today’s world is in. Nobody owes anyone shit. Work for what you want, and that’s what Richard is doing. Hey Richard. You're an inspiration bro. I'm religious as well but I'm not very good with dedicating time for God. I always find some kind of excuse to get in the way of my devotion and I find myself praying less often. In reality, I just don't know how to do it, or what to pray for. I am thankful ... but I feel like I'm not receiving my energy from God like you are. When I wake up the first thing I think about is coffee. With you, its our Lord. Let us be honest... there is no need to wake up at 3:35am. If you need to wake up early to be productive then you're doing it wrong. Productivity can be achieved at any time of the day with proper time management and personal boundaries.
Well said sir. Like I was asking myself a same question. Here where I live everything is closed til 6,7 am. So waking up that early would actually cost me a lot. And as a student I like studying at 8 pm till maybe 2 am so at this period of time I am pretty busy. I am sure most of people here does not need to wake up before 5 am. But hey 3 35 sounds amazing 😂😂
every single person has their peak time, for example, the time that I am most productive and have the most energy is between 5:30 am - 6:am. Richards's time might be 3:45. Everyone's time is different. Some people's most productive time might even be 5:00 pm. It depends on each person, It is just about knowing what your peak time is.

I use to work 2nd shift (3pm - 11:30pm) for two years. Last year i started a new career that was 1st shift (6am - 2:30pm). First week was honestly pretty difficult i set my alarm for 4:30 am Monday through Friday. Took me about three weeks to get use to it. Now I get up around 4am before my alarm goes off & i feel great. when i leave work i still have all the time to do all the things I like to do. Waking up early really does make a difference. When I was working 2nd shift i would get home around 12am just stay up doing nothing. Then sleep until it was time for me to go back to work. BTW i go to bed around 10pm. Have a NICE day everyone!!

Also Richard, I would love to be able to participate in your high performance course. It would be great to see you discuss methods on how to tackle big projects that have a deadline that is so far away. Morior Invictus Respect his grind man. He is achieving his dreams and is doing what makes him happy, and he will keep on doing it regardless of whether or not it satisfies ur definition of what human beings are “supposed” to be doing.
Great video! Possibly incorporate how to work in a group with others who are not as productive as you are/want to be and how to get around the challenges that produces in your High Performance course.
Richard Yu is that kinda type guy I wanna date with. He knows what he wants, he have goals, make actions and always productive. Which many guys now in 20's doesnt have anymore. Keep it up, and always inspire us to wake up early.
1. Ok, but why should random ppl on yt care who would you date? 2. Ekhm... What do you have to offer? That should be before claiming your "mercy" to date such a guy. 3. Many busy and ambitious guys, by definiton, don't have time for women.
He's gonna be rich at 25 or so, so he's just focusing in being as much productive as he can, seems like this guy already screwed it in a life before. 🤔
High performance student questions -. May you please share books which helps you in high performance in your daily life and also please share what you write in your journal
to anyone wanting to further increase their research in high performance, I'd recommend next to this channel of Richard the channel of Ali Abdaal. (please note: that guy is really not about getting up really early or flexing abs / fitness but he's ranked 1st in Cambridge University and built businesses worth 800k+ next to his studies)

What is your best advice to a young teenager in school who is aspiring and trying to become an entrepreneur while also trying to manage top performance as a student and get into a top college. You are very inspiring and have done so much for a lot of people. I appreciate it a lot.
I love your videos and faith. All your content is such an inspiration to me - I currently work full time with low income college students and I am getting a PhD full time. These videos have given me the little extra inspo I need - and most importantly to center God.
Thank you Richard for another great video! I'm always on the lookout for your videos, and I've always got something out of it! For the high-performance training course, I would love to see a topic on recovery from hard work. God bless Richard!

Hey Richard, my friend! Good to see you as usual. I really need this wake up method; so tired every morning. 😔 Every week I am more and more impressed by you bro! #Lakewoodchurch🙏
Hey ! I just noticed that when working out you extend your legs way too much. This will hurt your joints. Always keep a slight bent to prevent injuries
I would like to thank you for all the effort, you are doing great job man. Keep the great work 👍. I have one question regarding the slow method (tip number 5), do you every 2 days, bring it 30 minutes earlier than the 2days before until you reach the targeted time?

I doubt he’s even a millionaire.
Jordan23_ a millionaire is defined by owning assets with an overall worth of a million dollars. He could easily be categorized as a millionaire.

Morior Invictus Respect his grind man. He is achieving his dreams and is doing what makes him happy, and he will keep on doing it regardless of whether or not it satisfies ur definition of what human beings are “supposed” to be doing.
he relaxes more than me, rest is a matter of perception.
Great video! Possibly incorporate how to work in a group with others who are not as productive as you are/want to be and how to get around the challenges that produces in your High Performance course.
I love your videos. So inspiring. Thanks from South Africa 🇿🇦
The high performance training program sounds amazing! Just got hip to your videos and I'm a huge fan! Thanks for the motivation
Richard Yu is that kinda type guy I wanna date with. He knows what he wants, he have goals, make actions and always productive. Which many guys now in 20's doesnt have anymore. Keep it up, and always inspire us to wake up early.
Ana Villanueva would you have his baby?
@@certifiedfinest5065 I did not say I will have lol.
Ana Villanueva lol would you like to?
1. Ok, but why should random ppl on yt care who would you date?
2. Ekhm... What do you have to offer? That should be before claiming your "mercy" to date such a guy.
3. Many busy and ambitious guys, by definiton, don't have time for women.
Just curious, do you have a night life? Like, do you hang out with friends at night or watch a late night show? Girlfriend?
I wonder the same too.
He’s probably joining the boys in the club at 4 am 😂
Of course he doesn’t! The reality is to just sleep less
He's gonna be rich at 25 or so, so he's just focusing in being as much productive as he can, seems like this guy already screwed it in a life before. 🤔
So much respect for you Richard
Love your videos! And love your green bear.
Ali is awesome. Such a brilliant guy and a huge inspiration
Yes, he is awesome and has done many great things, all while in medical school. 👍😊
every week just waiting for your videos
Come to work for my airline. You will get up early. Plenty of 4 and 5am airport shows with 6am push!

HIGH PERFORMANCE STUDENT!

Love it. Also the irony of that leg curl machine only exercising the hamstrings when you get off it.
Setting a night time sleep alarm is genius! Thanks Richard!
Deep video my Christian brother! Love your content
Definitely going to try this. Striving for big things💪🏽. Thank you so much.
Do you drink coffee? If not, how do you stay alert/focused when you start to get drowsy (postprandial, etc)

Hey ! I just noticed that when working out you extend your legs way too much. This will hurt your joints. Always keep a slight bent to prevent injuries
You really inspired me to be even more productive and I have Faith in the Lord too. Amen to God. God bless
thanks lord, this video is so good and make me think about my life
I would like to thank you for all the effort, you are doing great job man. Keep the great work 👍.
I have one question regarding the slow method (tip number 5), do you every 2 days, bring it 30 minutes earlier than the 2days before until you reach the targeted time?
