Soaking them halfway on a warm water with soap then wiping all the mud I hope you tried it jay
I first let them dry then I put them in water in which there is handwash and then clean them with the hard brush which has long hair

Great advice...I clean my hypervenoms after each match no exception...into a 2nd season now & they still look 100% box-fresh. I also take out the insoles to help with drying them out & I dry the boots away from direct sunlight where there is still plenty of natural air. I play my mid-week game is a pair of hyper takedowns but still give them the full clean treatment & almost every time I play in either pair people think I have brand new boots! Such a good feeling & added confidence putting on pristine looking kit before you play.

If you want to dry them put them up side down on the top of an radiator and check up on it ever 2 hours or so to see if it's dry I've done that and it's perfectly fine

For me, I always keep my boots in sunlight to dry the mud in the studs.
I play on artificial grass and my boots aren't dirty, but there are some black stripes from the granules. Is there anything I can do to avoid this?

For me I use a hose and I just blast all the chunks of mud and for the top I just use napkin or wipes and it looks brand new
When i get home from a game or training, i use a moist toothbrush and carefully brush off all the dirt, then use a towel to wipe off the moisture.
Well now that is an easier way. I just bought new football boots . I had no idea of how to clean them. Thanks Jay mike
