got my mum the 13C 2 weeks ago, the phone runs like butter. i’ve been an iPhone user for 7+ years and i think Redmi just made me fall in love with android.
I would go for the 13c. It's generally the better phone. You didn't talk about the colours on the display of the phones. At 4:30 is such a cutie 🥰 I love children.
The only bummer I find with Redmi phones (this comes from a former Redmi 9A user) is that they tend to slow down a lot over time, Samsung phones also slow down but not as much
Ive used a 7 year old Xiaomi phone and the only problems i had was the battery health and System bugs. Other then that phone runs good (for a 7 year old phone)
I just bought 2 galaxy a05 (one for me and one for my mom), where i live it was waaay cheaper than redmi 13c and it comes with 4gb/128gb. Im so happy, cant wait for it to arrive edit: i watched another video about the camera and the pro mode has a color change option, i think it can change saturation edit 2: in brazil it comes with a charger, just not too powerful cause it's only 7,5wats
Personally A05 is a win win, Why because its Samsung. My experience wirh Redmi UI is gitter, frame drops even on high end mobiles and One of my Redmi Died on me. Even pure specs and design language I will blindly buy Samsung. The only reason why I would go for Redmi is 90hz display which is only for gammers.
I think the redmi 13c has problems with the noise cancelling mic. Like when you record video on it, it is quite muffled compared to samsung phones (A05 included). Is this true? Asking a Redmi 13c user.
Concerning the design, in my opinion, it should go for Redmi 13C and not Samsung A05 because other designs are better than that and are even glassy in appearance
As a Samsung user, never buy a cheap Samsung phone. Go for at least the A3X series. The competition is always better. I also really hate that samsung is treating their A series phones as flagships by removing essentials such as the charging brick, and even the headphone jack from the A33 onwards. However, I chose a Samsung phone becuase of One Ui, the amazing customization when paired with Good Lock, and the multi-year software updates. One thing about software updates though, is that they ruin the phone's performance. In the latest 6.0 version, they ruined the animation for opening and closing apps for A series phones. My next phone will probably not be Samsung. It just isn't a good deal.
I have been using phone like Tecno Samsung, but a guy at slot adviser me to buy this redmi 13c 8gb and 256gb, the truth is this redmi 13c is the Best. buy it and see.
You forgot to mention that while 90Hz is smoother, smoother also means more battery usage, so it once again depends on whether you do need 90Hz or not. Since this is not a phone for gaming or other high performance visuals, 60Hz is perfectly fine and uses less battery.
@@shargakun indeed, but I wouldn't read a book on a phone's screen anyway. A tablet is much more comfortable and you don't have to scroll to read a book, just use an ebook reader and flip through page by page, so most of the time you're looking at a static image, where 60Hz is perfectly fine.
I think the Redmi 13c has problems with its noise cancelling mic. Like it's muffled when recording videos. The same cannot be said for Samsung phones (A05 included). Is this true? Asking a Redmi 13c user.
I am happy with my phone, but if I would have to pick one between those 2, I would go with the A05 because of the One UI software and the updates, and still a good phone for the price, the processor and cameras do the necessary job at least for someone like me For me the only thing about the A05 that I really dislike is the fingerprint sensor, the A05s and A15 includes that fingerprint sensor so I don't understand why Samsung keeps removing that feature on their cheapest phone, but other than is a good phone for the price
With all compromising THE SAMSUNG IS good i think because of its UI and camera and processor are same so i bought Samsung because of bad camera quality i realized in 13c of my friend and due to optimize UI the Samsung save battery and also ram management of Samsung is good with my prospective

Now currently I am having rdmi A2+ with 3gb + 2gb extend ram and it lags when I play 720p60 video in UA-cam. It couldn't play 720p video at 60fps

I understand why Samsung's prices tend to be higher and I for one would rather pay the premium for a more clean android experience. A lot of things trickle down from the S series phones through One UI (though I hate the launcher, icons don't get small enough 🤧).
