usally the northen lights are on visible only in the north of this great land we call CANADA ,but this paticularexperience was due to solar flares on the sun bouncing of the glaiers of the north that caused the aurora borialis to be extra brlliant so it could be seen here in toronto and all the way down to florida, bet ya florida man was pretty cofused when he saw it LOL
