This Tesla Model S just made it through the winter. With plenty of winter storms blowing through Southern California, the driver picked up lots of mud, dirt, and grime on their shoes, and ground them deep into the carpet floor mats in the car.
Watch as just a few Chemical Guys products remove the dirt and filth, then help protect the fabric from future staining and contamination down the line!

This guy should present all your videos. He's so easy to listen to and good at explaining.
Sorry guys, but this mat isnt dirty! I like your products, but this is kind of kidding. Show what your products really can do. Take an all day, workers car and get me impressed!
For real! They need to go pick up a mat from a junk yard and clean it.
do this with a beige floor mat!
Just like their other videos, we get introduced to two products from Chem Guys. Really dirty mats need washing machine. As someone else mentioned, demonstrated this on a beige mat!
Dry to the touch you have gloves on 😂😂
latex gloves pick up moisture very easily
Can I use guard to the fabric sit
Hey, I know this video is old, but I want you guys to make a video on how to get deep dirt that's embedded in the floor boards out. Even after I vaccum and try and get dirty out before I even vaccum, theres still dirt in there. So if you could make that video that would be cool.
come on thats not even dirty😂✌
+pighater951 right! looked like they sprinkled some crumbs on there.
Kind of a silly question, but what shop vac are you guys using there? That thing is whisper quiet, and I'd love to get one to replace my deafening weaksauce. :)
This looks like the one I homie has. Hey Chemical Guys what is a good powerful dry car vac for home.
most shop vacs you can get at Walmart.
I'll have to try out this product.
Anyone else notice the dirty Miata on the lift? :)
+Kashish K. Soi (Mr.501) It's a highly-modified NA Miata!
Well that's cool
would it be OK to vacuum after scrubbing with cleaner
After the first brush it's good enough for me to go back in the car.
What about latex paint??
Wouldnt brushing push dirt deeper? I think blowing it out first would be better
Hi Duck, good question. What the brush is doing is agitating and loosening the dirt so it gets picked up by the vacuum easier. Many times, dirt and debris gets caught in the fibers of the carpet and can't be easily sucked up unless it is first dislodged from the fibers that are trapping it. One the particles are dislodged and loose, then they can picked up via suction. Thanks for watching, Duck, and thanks for being a part of the Chemical Guys family!
I use all my cleaning sprays for carpet non diluted.
thats aweomse
Dry to the touch
Wish I worked for chemical guys 😕
why don't you ever clean anything that is actually dirty
Generally we have found that the majority of our customers care about the cars they drive and don't wait until they are destroyed to clean them. Since we always use customer cars, this is just what we have found. We have had some horrible carpet with blood and grease on it, but at that point why go through so much work when you can just replace the carpet?
didn't you guys do a carpet clean video a while back?? give yourself a challenge guys, and give us a real video!!
not trying to bring the product down but show us what the product can actually do. I clean cars that are much dirtier than this on a daily basis so need to see what the product can do as not all people can afford to change the carpet or the mats
Wanna clean an engine bay?
That aint dirty
i need to bring in my work truck they would cry
My floor mats look that dirty in one day.
Hey buddy, keep that carpet protected with some lightning fast, and Fabric Guard. The lightning Fast is a great way to remove all those dingy, dark pooling stains on your carpet. With Fabric Guard, you can make sure that your fabrics don't stain from spilled liquids, and it will help to maintain the appearance of your carpeting. My mats get pretty bad, it helps to have a good vacuum with a long extension cord. Unfortunately it's not always easy to keep them clean all the time, you have to dust your shoes off before getting back in.
I use a Bissell spot clean or a Bissell pro heat. I use a cleaning solution with Scotchgard or DuPont in it so I have to do the extra step for to protect the carpet.
We use a carpet extractor, with lightning fast to remove the stains, we vacuum the mats with a shop vac/crevice tool. We spray the carpets with our product, and use the extractor to lift off all the heavy contaminants.
I use a carpet extractor as well. I first brush them with a gong brush to agitate imbedded dirt. Then I vacuum them with a shop vac using a claw nozzle. Then I spray some type of a pre treat. My favorite pre treat is Zep high traffic, it contains enzymes to break down organic materials like dirt, food stains, grease and other nasty stuff. Then I use my Bissell carpet extractor. Usually I use a Bissell Big Green. But big green has no heater so the water does not get that hot. So with Big Green I have to use a shampoo in the machine to help it remove dirt. But now I have a Bissell Deep clean Lift Off. The Lift Off has a electric water heater that heats the water up to 190 degrease. So on low or medium soils I don't use any shampoo. But if the mats or seats are just trashed I use a shampoo in the Lift Off. You at Chemical Guys should make a enzyme pre treat spray or a enzyme shampoo for organic soils. It would help you a lot to clean mats.
Great video but I have to say, that Miata on the lift looks like an RX-7 with one tooth in the center.
Hi! Thanks for the awesome feedback, glad to have you apart of the Chemical Guys family!
Is the RX7 a decoration? Look at that layer of dust
Black floor mat again!
