I’m sick of people telling Butker to “stay in his lane.” He, a catholic, gave a pro-catholic speech at a catholic college. He literally could not be *more* “in his lane.”

Theres an interesting immigration law that might affect Jason Godrick. When you sign a visa to travel/work in the US, you agree to not break any federal laws, and as weed is still illegal under federal law, in a worst case scenario (if they follow through with it) they could cancel his visa and deport him. Probably unlikely, BUT, they can’t treat him like you would an American citizen, which would be a slap on the wrist basically. He will have broken a federal law regardless of what state he buys/uses it in, and that will be more severe. I feel for the guy because it could be a career ending mistake in his case… but he probably just didn’t know
