Hey Travis, Thanks for making a video about Mansfield. I live here and I love it. You forgot to mention Broad street. It has lots of fast food and restaurants to eat as well as stores to shop. Another big highlight is Methodist hospital and Texas Health hospital at Southpointe which are top notch hospitals that cater to families within and outside the city limits. Medical professionals like Obgyn, pediatricians, spine specialists, dermatologist and so on can be found on Broad street. In addition, there are lots of new construction sites opening up on the west of Mansfield (287 business) Triple diamonds by Bloomfield homes, Rockwood by Dress, Riverwalk, Forrest Brook, M3 Ranch(Perry Homes, John Houston etc), Dove Chase (First Texas homes, Bloomfield) and Somerset with lots of builders. Just wanted to point this things out, you can make another video to talk more about the goodies in this little town. Thanks for all you do.

Hi I'm interested in the mansfeild area. Are there homes around the 400,000 range that's 4 bedroom 3 bath home, with a 3 car garage? Or is that unrealistic lol, I know it's getting expensive. Would I need to go further out for that? Thank you, appreciate your feedback.
Yes with todays market you can easily shell out in the high 400's low 500's depending what you looking , the good thing about it is you could move in to your home and already have built in equity :)
I also think with your budget, you could really easily get what you're asking for. Would you like a community, gated? Or some land? Mansfield does have variables for what you might be looking for! Been here 30 years, I'm excited to see the old, and new, and the blend I've seen! I have a nice realtor for you if you are interested!

Not really , Southpoint is one of the nicest communities , Gas wells are not close to the community , great access to 287 , 360
